Dutch Bros is Finally in O’Fallon!

When I was in the United States Air Force, grabbing coffee on my way to work at Travis AFB in California was a daily ritual. Dutch Bros was my go-to. Morning, noon, and night. Ever since leaving California, I’ve missed it, but now that Dutch Bros is here in O’Fallon, I can finally say: our city has one of the greatest coffee shops in the world!

My wife and I were so excited that we went three times today—yes, it’s that good! We started our day with coffee at 5 AM, grabbed lemonades around lunch, and ended the evening with smoothies. I can confidently say that the taste, quality, and experience are just as incredible as they were in California. It felt like we were right back at our favorite spot on the West Coast.

A big shoutout to the Dutch Bros team working throughout the day! From the baristas crafting the drinks to the order takers and traffic directors, you all ran an incredibly smooth and well-organized grand opening. I’ve never seen a launch executed so flawlessly. Your hard work did not go unnoticed so thank you for making today an awesome experience!

This was my friend and I’s first time at a dutch bros. She only drinks black tea so that is what she ordered and when they handed us the drink the tea looked extremely watered down and lighter than green tea. It also tasted very watered down and she was disappointed that she paid for a drink she was dissatisfied with. I ordered a dragon slayer energy with blackberry soft top. When I got my drink I put the straw in and went to take a sip only to realize the drink was starting to explode out of the top. It got all over the car and all over me. We immediately went to a car wash to clean out the inside of the car and most of my drink was gone. I’m not sure if this could have been avoided but if this is a popular issue i wish i could’ve been warned ab putting a straw in my drink because i would’ve done without it. I was first introduced to Dutch Bros when I lived in Las Vegas. The quality of service I’ve come to expect from them. This location has no idea what they’re doing. They take cars that come after because they chose the particular lane instead of them pointing and saying go here like they do in Vegas so these kids have a lot to learn I will never go there again. They’ve lost a customer and that’s very sad. We finally got to the window and the girl was like did you get I don’t know two of the wrong drinks and I’m like nope. Nope she never came up with the right drink. We had to tell her again what the drink was and when they gave it to us, it was still wrong, so yeah, maybe they should’ve not been gossiping and what not about us having an attitude about what had happened and maybe they should’ve focused on making our coffee as I said they’ve lost the customer.
