McDonald's — Restaurant in O’Fallon

Me and and my boyfriend drove through McDonald's and we pay and go to the next window.. Waiting for our food and they where not busy.. However she gives us our food and it was wrong, no worries i was so nice and said im so sorry but this was not our order so she took the bag from me and slammed the window closed and gave us another bag and it was wrong again so i waited at the window and said this is still not our order im sorry and she said ok well what did you order then and as im in the middle of telling her she did not even let me finish she slammed the window closed and i look at her like i was not finished.. So she hands me a bag for the third time and i said i actually was not finished telling you everything in my order and you keep closing the door on me in the middle of me telling you.. My order was wrong again.. But still no big deal i was fine. Then she closes the door again and did nothing so i knocked on the window and said my order is wrong again can you let me tell you my order all the way before you close the window. And the manager who was some young girl standing in the back yells at me really loud and said CAN YOU FREAKING HOLD ON so i asked her to come closer to the window and she did and i tried explaining the situation and she said i need your receipt so we where trying to find it as she along with everyone els in the back yelling at us being rude and so i asked for my money back i did not even want the food and she again yelled and was so mean so i threw my food at the window( i should not have done that but i was so mad) and drove away. My boyfriend got out and went in to get our money back.. And the manager came up to him grabbed the card out of his hand and started aggressively swiping his card like 300 times so he took the card out of her hand and did it himself.. So my boyfriend said you guys need to get your crap together you are rude and the people in the back where all like yelling in the back saying stuff so then another manager comes up and says what's going on and he was tried telling her as all of her employees are yelling at him and he said are you really going to let your employees speak to us like that and she said it's not our fault it's yours so she gave him the receipt and told him we are never welcomed back to this establishment. I live VERY close to this Mcdonald's and have been here on MANY occasions. For the most part, the service from this location is just OK, but I have also been disappointed on many occasions. There have been many occasions where I'd order food and get home (or to work) only to notice that something is missing. I usually won't complain if I place a big order and I'm missing an order of fries or a cheeseburger, but my wife is not as nice as I am when it comes to that. I arrived at work once and noticed that they forgot to put the chicken breast on my grilled chicken bacon ranch salad. That did upset me. They have also lied to me on more than a few occasions and here is how. There have been times when I'd order a quarter pounder with cheese for example and they'll tell me to pull around to the front because they're waiting on "fresh patties off the grill". I pull around. They bring my food out and sure enough when I bite into my burger, it's not fresh at all!! That's VERY annoying to me. They also state that they close at 11PM on weekdays, but my wife and I have both noticed that if you drive past their location sometimes between 9PM and 11PM, the lights will be out like they're closed. Just the other night, she decided to go through the drive-thru at about 9PM. She said the lights were out like they were closed, but they did take her order. I give them a 3 because they're just OK most of the time, but it's like something will ALWAYS not be right such as 4 out of your 6 nuggets being old, or your burger being hot, but your fries being old and on top of that, they make you wait for old food. I used to work for a McDonald's when I was 16 back in 1989 and I just don't remember the service being like that. I've also been to many McDonalds locations across St. Louis city and they're service is also a lot better. It's not just this McDonald's in Ofallon though.
