Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in O’Fallon

If I could give this location negative stars I would. This place is unbelievable!!!! Truly!! It's one thing if a business makes a mistake a few times, things can be forgiven. But this location, nah!!! Every single time I order from here I have an issue!! One time my pizza looked like it was soaking in soup because of how much grease was coming off it, the pizza was soggy!! Another time the forgot to put cheese on my ONLY CHEESE, cheese pizza, and everytime they forget my two liter!! And the one time she wasn't even going to give me my money back for it!! And then tonight my husband placed an order online for delivery, and our receipt says delivery as well, well I waited for almost an hour and a half, and nothing shows up, so I call the store, and they're like no it says it's for pickup in our system, I tell the gentleman on the phone our receipt says delivery, we even had to pay for a tip, so why else would we pay a tip if it wasn't an order for delivery? Makes absolutely no sense! He didn't offer to deliver it, and he said well its ready if you want to come get it, I said we'll it's been sitting there for an hour, as in saying I'm willing to come get it even though my receipt clearly says delivery and I had to tip the driver, and he didn't offer to remake it either.

So anyways not to be rude but this place is a dumpster Fire, and I dont recommend...

I ordered a pizza that was delivered extremely fast so that was good. When I opened the box it looked like a flood had hit the pizza and all the topping were on one side. The 6 cheese cheesesticks also had one huge blob of cheese slammed in the middle. I called the location to politely express my dissatisfaction and the girl on the phone was beyond nice and very helpful while willing to have it replaced quickly. The other person in the background, The manager or the cook starting arguing with her when she was explaining that the order needed to be remade and had her tell me that the first pizza needed to be sent back along with the cheesesticks with no more then two pieces missing from either. That was pretty rude in my opinion and I had no plans of eating it because frankly it was inedible piece of hurricane pizza soup. I know that it was a free pizza because I redeemed my rewards points because I use this franchise so frequently but I will not be using this location again and commend the girl on the phone maintaining her composure while on the phone having a coworker argue with her and be abrasive. I was the customer with a pretty decent issue that still managed to be polite and respectful while communicating that . Normally good service, extremely bad tonight. Ordered and paid online for a cheese pizza at 5:10 pm, incorrect pizza arrived around 6 pm. The driver left so quickly there was no opportunity to catch him to let him know it was the wrong pizza. Called the store at 6:08 pm, was advised the correct order was being sent. I called back at 6:45 pm and was put on hold three times for extended periods of time, one time coming on asking me for my credit card information. After the third timer they said the pizza was almost here, the driver called my wife's phone but was clearly lost. I told the person on the phone about the delay, she advised dismissively that they we short staffed. I asked to speak to a manager, all the manager advised that she was trying to refund the money but the computer was not working. She then advised the pizza would be here soon, end of conversation. Pizza arrived around 7:00pm. Second driver was very apologetic (he was the only one that dislayed any quality customer service).
