this is getting kind of very frustrating to me. I had ordered less than a month ago spend $60 for my sister birthday party and the pizza was bone dry like almost no sauce littlest amount of cheese. it was hard all threwout and very hard to bite down on. i got a store credit and the Manager said he would personally talk to the staff at night. i went and used my credit tonight and OH MY LORD. i ordered and i kind of got the ick snobby attitude from the manager and a staff member that was there. was told it would take 15 min so i waited in my car right outside the door and the 2 kept talking and then looking out to my car. one time would have been okay whatever but they did it several times within that 15 min wait which kind of made me uncomfortable. i went to pick it up inside once i seen that it was on the counter i walked in i haven’t even said anything and the manager said “ya it’s on the counter” and seemed agitated. i don’t know if it has anything to do with the fact that i paid for my order with a credit or that they just didn’t want to work there. it is very unprofessional while i was also there there was a delivery driver going in and out but it looked like he had his gf with him riding along with him and going back behind the counter she didn’t have no pizza hut uniform and was in booty shorts. i had eyes rolled at me by employees and gave dirty looks at by the manager and employees. i got home to realize that the pizza WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS LAST TIME !! VERY overcooked and little amount of sauce like barely any and not very much cheese. it was very very thin you can tell that there is hardly any sauce on the pizza. i have never had any problem with the pizza hut on highway K but i seem to have had 4 problems with this specific location.!

Read moreI ordered pizza from this location last night, when I arrived the very rude manager did not greet us and we stood at the counter for 5-7 minutes before he came over upon he asking what we needed my son stated that we had an order that he left a message about and that instead of the ham that they didn’t not have he could make it pepperoni and pineapple instead. The manager rudely states that I should have answered my phone and because I did not he made it just pineapple, I do not want just pineapple pizza, I said to him that I don’t talk on the phone when I am driving and in fact my phone forwards all calls to VM he said that I had someone else with me and he could have answered the phone. First of all if my phone does not ring because it’s in drive mode and did not notify me until I arrived at this location how was I suppose to know that he called. I asked him why he was being so hateful and he said he just made the pizza and if I wanted it differently then I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I told him to put some pepperoni on it and I would cook it at home so he was not inconvenienced, he made me wait while he packaged up other orders. Upon him bringing the pizza and wings to us the pizza barley had any cheese and the wings were not tossed and he made it very clear that he was unhappy. I did not do anything to this man and it’s not my fault that they did not have what I ordered. If you treat all your customers in the rude fashion you will run them all off. There are several other pizza places near me and I will never order from this location again. They need a new manager that cares what the customers think! Read moreI cannot even believe this. This is the WORST pizza place I have EVER ordered from! LISTEN TO ME!!!! They do not care!!!!!! My son ordered pizza around 8 and had it sent to my house because he had a credit because they messed up his order a couple weeks prior. Pizza arrived at 8:40. The kid told me there was a balance even though my son used his credits, I said no big deal I’ll pay for the pizza and tip you as well. $10 that was. I live 30 seconds from the place. Not exaggerating. 30 seconds. When he gave me the pizza it was so overdone, I asked for a new one. Here we are at 10 pm and no pizza. My son called 30 minutes prior to me calling and finally losing it, and they had told him “oh 10 minutes” I am BEYOND infuriated! I told them I don’t want their food just bring me my money back! And they did, they rang my doorbell and set the SAME pizza I asked be remade with the money on top of the box on my porch. The blatant disrespect towards customers! No apology. No nothing. There is NO EXCUSE! You have younger kids who work here who don’t gaf about customers! Everything is hee hee haha. It’s unbelievable!! NOW I need to find another pizza place that will still deliver so I can feed my 11 and 3 year old. I don’t ever order from Pizza Hut. Ever.
