Terrible. I think my 10 year olds could have offered better service. We tried to order Junior Frosties because my kids had a game today (and one of the signs says free frosty in uniform). The person behind the counter had a mouthful of her drink while she took our order. After we placed the order, we were informed that they could not do flavors in junior frosties. (Even though the Wendy’s off Mexico Rd just did last week). Anyway, my kids wanted the flavors, so I cancelled the juniors and was going to just buy the smalls. The person at the register and the manager didn’t know how to cancel an order. So after a few minutes of trying to problem solve, they moved my order to the drive thru register. I told them what we wanted and we waited, and waited, and waited. Meanwhile, someone made the junior frosties that we cancelled and I was asked twice if those are what we were waiting for. After I told them “No, we are getting the small size with toppings”, one worker said “But you still want these too, right?” No I did not. The first person held her hand out and since she still had a mouthful of food I assume, I figured she wanted a payment. There was no total spoken, but I reluctantly gave my card, thinking I would get a receipt. Should have known, but no receipt. She left before I could ask for one and I assumed she was making our frosties. Wrong again. I might add that all the while, there was not a single other person in the store and many workers standing around singing to the songs on the radio and standing around staring at us while we waited. No one offered each other any help. We finally got our very melted soup frosties, two out of four were wrong. I told worker #1 that they were wrong and she says “ehhh, sorry”. No offer to fix it, no word from the kid manager (who probably wouldn’t know how to fix it anyway). I just ended up taking the melted mess and left, but now I am going to need to call my credit card company to see what I was charged.

Read moreWow, Wendy's really blew it this time. We ordered through their mobile app for curbside. When we got there, the app wouldn't recognize that we were in their parking lot. The app tells us to go inside to check in at the counter. We go to the. Door (so much for curbside) and the doors are locked.
So we call only to be told, "Most people just come through the drive thru.". (If we had wanted to get our order through the drive thru, we would have selected that option.). Then they asked the name on the order. We tell them, and we get a response of, I don't see the order.
We start looking at the address, trying to figure out what we must have done wrong. We ask to confirm the address, when they respond we will bring it out in a few and hang up.
Very rude, poor customer service! This isn't the only restaurant in the area, and if they can't act like we are the customer, we will take our business to Dairy Queen across the street. This happened two days ago, and I am still not over the way they acted.
If they don't want to do curbside, don't offer it!
Also, while COVID-19 is still a thing, businesses are taking advantage of the situation to help their bottom line. If the inside is closed, they don't have to have extra employees to take orders and clean the tables. No one is using the restrooms. On and on the list goes. COVID-19 is serious, but it isn't the reason to throw customer service...

No other customers inside at the time Friday a little after 6pm
Service was very quick as my order was ready at the counter before I even put my lid on my soda.
The soda machine is one all touch screen and have many different choices.
The burger taste good and the sea salt fries all tasted great. Nothing I feel has changed with the taste that I can remember.
There's not many places you can eat for less then 8$? And get a wide variety of good fast food...
They have salad to burgers ro chicken sandwiches to chili to frostys.
The location has seen some upgrades since iv last seen it. This location is a spot I used to eat with my kids in the past and seemed smaller back then.
The floor plan is very open now and looks very nice.
Everything was clean and organized like the chairs.the napkins,salt,pepper and ketchup area.
The staff all looked busy doing what they need to have the quick service I had.
Before I left I ordered some 3 different size frosty's for some neighbors and 1 for myself to take home. They came out within a few minutes of ordering as there was 1 customers in front of me at the time.
Overall the location is easy to get to and was quick with their service. Food was excellent and was a great value...
