The guy who took the order was really nice. But who ever was making the order (prepared the order) totally ruined it. Ordered a Number 6 and they gave me a literal piece of chicken WITH CHEESE between two squished bread. You could tell that this was prepared in frustration and hate! Then we have a manager he called himself JAVI whom handed me my food with so much sass that he forgot my drink. I remind him he hands it to me and I drive away. I finally get home and discover the order was MADE wrong. I did not expect to pull up to have my moneys worth ROBBED. Whether it is a penny or a dime. If you don’t like the job that you do, then quit! No reason to be rude, get frustrated and mess up people’s orders and waste people’s money. I always enjoy Wendy’s, but that specific manager ruined it. What kind of manager are you? We get it that you probably had a bad day, or that you were a little busy, but at least get the order or ingredients right. No tomato, no sauce, no lettuce, no common courtesy or professional etiquette. You are not the representation of the company you work for! Read moreThis is by far the worst wendy’s to go to, They mess up my order every single time i go there. it’s either missing something or just wrong all together. There was a bite taken out of my chicken nugget one time, well at least it LOOKED like a bite. I decided to go there today on my lunch break, something quick. and of course they messed up my order again. i could have checked before i left but like i said i was on a lunch break, i had little time. There were no other cars there but me so they won’t busy. i then called to ask why is it that my order is always messed up or missing something and the manager “Tashika” was extremely rude. I wasn’t in the best of mood but i did not get rude with her not once. she was very rude and didn’t have any type of customer service. her excuse for me missing items was “i don’t know ma’am we was probably just busy” i then stated, you guys are busy everytime because my order is always messed up, she then blows her breath and hangs up. and for her to tell me she is a manager is just crazy with that response. i’ve been a manager & shift lead at stores before & there’s no way i could ever treat a customer the way...
Read moreTook 25 minutes to get through the line. You either need a new microphone on your box or you need to use a channel with less interference because there's always a conflict while ordering. The lady at the pay window had no problems, but when I got my drinks (one was supposed to be a Sprite, the other a Coke) I was given two Cokes. I asked the lady if she would give me a Sprite instead (when she gave me my food several minutes later). She looked at the Freestyle machine and seeing (as I noticed when she gave me two Cokes) that the Sprite was out, walked all the way around the counter to the customer side soda machine to fill up a Sprite. This leads me to believe she was just being lazy when she saw they were out behind the counter. I asked her to please take the extra Coke back and she told me I could keep it...but I really didn't want to be stuck with their trash so I asked her to please take it again before she would. Legitimately I could have gotten an entire pizza and better service next door at Papa John's in the time it took to get through...
