Just went to this location we pointed out that there were some dead ant fly’s on the ice cream and stuck in the ice when we pointed it out to the worker there he was like it was a normal thing for them he said oh yeah we clean them out but they always come back. Nasty SUPER NASTY. The picture I posted is hard to see but there is a fly inside of the chocolate ice

Not a good experience. Employees need to speak up when taking the order and not respond rudely if one can't hear. Second, more training is necessary because my oreo blast was absolutely terrible. It tasted like blended ice with milk. Oreo ice cream wasn't used. Waste of money.

Absolutely terrible. Had NOTHING, they advertised the "31st deal" and a bunch of other seasonal items and the guy at the drive up window stated "we dont do nothing for the 31st and we don't have -----" literally, they didn't have anything that they showed on their menu. He got huffy after we asked him what they DID have and instead of instigating an argument we drove away. Pathetic customer service, terrible marketing, and the WORST BR/DD I've...

I don’t like to trash talk I really don’t but I am starting to think the night is messing with my orders.
