Some of the girls working here got attitudes and aren't very nice.. i walked in to ask to the manager, as soon as i mentioned i was there for catholic feast day and i wanted to speak to the owner girl rolled her eyes at me.. eventually asked me to come back later to talk to him in person to which i did. The OWNER is super kind, generous and RESPECTFUL most of all! Mostacciolli was donated to our St Joseph Luncheon and it was really good but ironically there special salad was DELICIOUS!! we got salad donated as well and i must say im not sure what they sauteed it with but it was GOOD!..When i came to pick up the food the girl at the register checked the computer and couldnt find the order.. so she just assumed i was the one that was wrong and that i didnt know where i had ordered the food from.. she didnt evn bother physically checking to see if the food was idk maybe being warmed up or anything. She just gave me a bit of a tude and assumed i was wrong. Eventually i had to state that i ordered they're personally not thru phone and even had to show her the receipt for her to believe me. To wich then she finally asked one of the cooks who new exactly what order i was talking about and told her if she checked if the food was in the back. She hadnt of course.. she proceeded to check and found my food donation order... THIS CHICK JUST ASSUMED I WAS WRONG WITH OUT ACTUALLY CHECKING FOR THE ORDER...attitude while checking and everything.. both these girls were rude shouldnt be working in customer service
Ps one of em is the shift manager with a bull nose ring, the other was im assuming just an employee light skinned...
Read moreSo I have been coming here for over 10 years. I never had a bad experience until now! In the last past yr I have been running in and getting a slice to go and asking for the slice on wax paper instead of a styrofoam container. Reason I would just like to be less wasteful and more environmentally conscious. If I dine in I buy a soda with the slice and usually refill it twice. Well on this occasion I brought my water tumbler and paid for a drink and tried to fill it with two servings of soda . Which is what I drink in the plastic cup they give you anyways. So the young girl calls me over and says I can't do that . I then ask to speak to the manager and she gets her . The manager never tells me her name which is rude and says we don't allow that I let her know that my tumbler is the exact amount of two cups of soda and that I'm saving them money by not wasting there plastic cups and not only that but being environmentally conscious. She responded by saying we are not talking about being environmentally friendly we are talking about you not being able to do that . VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT NO LOGIC BEHIND HER EXPLANATION AT ALL. I let her know it's no different then filling the plastic cup two times and then transporting it into my tumbler she then says well if you want to be that person . I have been a patron for over 10 yrs and this is how she talks to people..smh I just asked for her because I wanted to ask her name and she would not come out she told the young girl to tell me her name...

I ordered a large sausage pan pizza. The delivery was reasonably timed and friendly; a small but undervalued aspect that I personally always appreciate. The pizza was the perfect size. Some places try to skimp on the size and cut corners but DiNico's was great. For me, and I think for most pizza enthusiasts, the most important parts we look for in the pizza are the sauce and the dough. The dough was fine in it's own right, but the hero for DiNico's pizza was the sauce. There was a nice, thick layer, that was truly full of flavor. Plenty of sauce there, which I like. I wish I could've gotten a second opinion, but I, proudly, smashed this entire pizza myself. Don't worry about my health though I did like, at LEAST 6 sit-ups after.
Overall, I definitely enjoyed DiNico's. Being that Lou Malnati's is still in my vicinity, it has stiff competition, but I can say that I will for sure order another...
