Worst experience ever! Contact customer service never heard back from anyone. On Wednesday August 13th I called at 5:47 to order from this location and was very surprised by the experience. I wanted to use a mailed in coupon and after waiting on hold I was told I could not place the order over the phone just online. I wasn't given any other offers or suggestions it just felt like the employee was overwhelmed and didn't want to provide service. I proceeded to order online and after attempting 6 times I thought it was my phone so I sent the money to my friend and he ordered for me. You think it ended there but no. The door dash delivery driver couldn't figure out how to get in my complex even after I left the gate code instructions on the app. 2 hours later at 7:45 I received a cold pizza and cheese bread. But the kicker was my banks fraud department locked my card due to being charged twice from this location. What I find confusing is how did I get charged twice if the 6 attempts I made previously never went through. Read moreCan’t get any better with the Big Cheese XL. I’ve only had Marcos in MetroWest (Orlando) and in Reno, NV but this particular location is literally in a dope hole. I mean take a pick, whatever happens to be your poison. The staff treated me with respect however I believe it was the owner that is totally negative, rude and very biased. While waiting for my order he told me to exit the store if I wasn’t purchasing, I proved that I had ordered and paid already and was waiting the few mins that remained so I could exit this store location. I’m not really fond of that specific location even though I love Marcos, I haven’t entered the store since but have ordered a $15 + online for someone in need and instructed them to pick up the order under my name. We have tried to order Delivery multiple times and I don’t know why we think it will be different the next time but it is always horrible. They are very rude when we call to tell them they did not deliver our Order( when it notifies us it has been delivered and has not) and then they proceed to tell us it’s not their business. It’s DoorDash and that is ridiculous. Whoever the lady is that managers this place. I don’t understand how she still works there. I hope This location gets shut down or cleans house and starts fresh with new workers who actually understand what customer service is.
