Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

This place irritates me, unfortunately. You can't order delivery with them online for some reason, even though they're right down the street from my workplace and I've seen their delivery vehicles. In the past, I had a horrible experience with a particular delivery guy they had - He went to his manager with accusations of me stealing my workplace's money, and then the manager had the audacity to call MY boss to report these false allegations and suggest he "watch out" for my behavior. Both me and my boss were amazed and insulted! This all started because the delivery driver thought I tipped him too low, which I only did because he was very rude and tried to walk out with my entire work envelope of money used to pay for the bill. I dealt with that guy a few more times before finally calling the location and asking a different manager on-duty to never send that driver to our establishment again. Thankfully, that seem to take care of THAT problem.

I will say that there have been some amazingly pleasant drivers from this location before, and I'm always delighted when I get friendly people to bring us our large orders... but I can't even experience that now that the website states they don't deliver from that location. Now our deliveries get filtered to a farther Papa...

Today while trying to retrieve a credit from the store at 12429 S. Orange Blossom Trl Orlando, Fl 32837, The Franchise manager name James was very rude and disrespectful. On 9/13/2021 I received my order 45 mins late because every driver that delivers in Orlando doesn't speak English or understands how to read English. So when you give them instructions, they never follow. I explained this to the shift manager on that day and she totally understood. But apparently, Mr. James has an issue that we live in America and we are English speaking country. I had no problem with any driver coming. I just needed the driver to understand where he is going. I understand everyone needs a job, but the requirement in America should be to speak English. I can't go to any other country and tell them to adjust to me speaking English! I order from this store at least once a week and tip each driver between $5.00 to $10. No matter the cultural . . And for this "Franchise" manager to have an issue with his drivers not speaking any English but delivering pizza to English-speaking Americans, that's wrong. I will never order from Papa Johns again.. ESPECIALLY...

Highly recommended A++ This papa john’s is one of the best if not the best in Orlando hands down!!! they are clean they treat you kindly and actually make they pizza with items you choose not what they want to put on your pizza!! and always makes our experience coming to order food delightful!!... also the pizza’s are always fresh never have I NEVER gotten anything from here that was not fresh in 14 years.. This is the only papa john’s in Orlando I will actually order food from to be honest!! The other papa john’s has not been a good experience at all either the workers are rude and just slop pizza together just to get you out the door or I gotten wrong items on pizzas some items I can not have due to the fact my children have allergies to sausage and pork in general and they put it on my pizza when I verbally said no to due to allergies!! makes no sense at all and another Papa John’s we tried my pizza’s crust was moldy I did contact corporate I’m not one to complain but those are things that are terrible!!
