We show up to this location and can tell there's a line. My brother and his wife stand in line to put our party on the waiting list. They were waiting more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Finally they add our name and we begin our official wait. More people came in and anoher line has formed. More than 5 minutes pass again before a different woman comes to the desk and begins shouting, "whos next?" Everyone is confused because obviously those that aren't on the list are standing in front of the register and everyone waiting is off to the side. We had to repeat 3 times that everyone waiting was on the list. Okay? So we get to the table. The server was nice but when i got up to go to the bathroom, she brought our food out and while moving stuff around the table she put the paper thing they have standing on the table right on to of my pancakes. I did not know as i was in the bathroom. When i came back, tasted my pancakes, there was an off flavor. I was asking everyone to try them because i didn't understand why they tasted spicy. That's when they told me what happened. And let me tell you, while sitting there just before i went to the bathroom that damn paper thing fell onto the floor twice. So I was immediately sick. Why in the world, would you pick up something to make room for food, set that item into someone's food, and then still serve it to them? I'll never come back to this Dennys because honestly their service isn't really that great from the check in process to the taste of the food. I was going to complain last night but I literally ran out and threw up behind the bush that's near the back of the building. So yeah if you see that throw up, that's mine! Beware, if they'll do that at the table, what will they do in the kitchen? Nasty...
Read moreOn 8/11 19 I took my friends to Denny's for dinner we were seated an they took our oder. When we got our oder a fly was doing it's best to land on our food , I told the waitress if that fly lands on any of our food I'll ask that it be replaced we spent half of our meal squatting at this stubborn fly. Finally we were able to kill the fly after smashing it on the window. The meal my friend ordered a club sandwich the bread was dry an stale , my dish was the Skillet Supreme but I've learned that Denny's has a hard time getting this dish right this time the grape Tomatoes were thrown in whole an not cut in half it was like eating a meal with stewed tomatoes because it cooks differently it would of taken 5 seconds to make the meal the right way. Plus I ordered toast with little to no butter I had to go ask for more butter. An service was poor most likely because I was complaining. Perhaps if the blower out front was working maybe you wouldn't have a fly problem needs to be fixed or turned on. I do believe in tipping even if I get a oder to go I still tip around 5 bucks but this time I left 2 cents because of the fly the cook an very poor service, when I went to pay my bill she took my money an said nothing, I ask aren't you going to ask how my meal was ,she stated she doesn't ask that question. I have since spoken with the Assistant manager an she's willing to replace all the meals so I'm going to say that's fair . Hopefully this time will be able to enjoy our food an enjoy my friends spending time with them like it should be when we eat out. So I will update this...
Read moreThe General Manager does not allow the Assistant Managers replace food if it's burnt. We have to pay for it. I wasn't trying to get my money back, I just wanted to get something else. Priscilla said all Denny's are different and some don't allow promos and I understand that, but if the food is burnt IN ANY RESTAURANT as a courtesy we should be able to get it replaced. Priscilla said there have been a lot of customers complain about this meal, so if there have been a lot of complaints, why don't the servers let customers know ahead of time to prevent unsatisfied customers? We got there at 11pm and the young man who waited on us told us they had a new cook and there was going to be a wait, that was extremely appreciated. The General Manager should allow their assistant managers replace a meal if a customer is unsatisfied with a meal.
