Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oakland

Well it started 5/16 I made an order went to pick it up .I was told my amount was 8.22 for cheesy bread I inserted my card and after it was approved an amount for 17$ popped up! Informed the lady I was charged incorrectly. She looked at the amount offered her apologies and called who I guess was a manager to cancel it so she thought. My card was run again for the correct amount.So the next day I checked my account the charge for 17$ had been deducted.So I went by money spoke with an employee explained everything she had not a clue.She took my receipt asked me to write my name and phone number. I took a picture of the receipt she informed me when the manger came in I would get a call. That didn’t happen which I figured she would misplace the receipt that’s why I took a pic. Went by the store again and spoke to the district manager she had no clue either The bank may be holding ect ect wait 5-7 days if not text me and I will have to give you cash! So many excuses as of today no resolution. I just texted her no response. I want my refund...

I order Domino's often. I'm usually very happy with the service but I don't know what's going on recently. Last week, I placed an online order. They called and said they didn't have any drivers. Their system forces them to refund the online order then have the customer pay again in person. It's an inconvenience but I understand its not the staffs fault. Tonight I called to make sure they were accepting curbside pickup orders. I have three children and didn't want a situation like the following week. They confirmed they were but only for on-line. I was excited and tried to explain why I called ahead and right in the middle the man hung up on me. Two poor experiences in a row. I'm done. I have supported this location way to often to be treated so rudely....

The delivery drivers are polite every time BUT.... Next time I order do I need to ask to hold the extra grease? Things have been going down hill for months from this location. Charging extra for what other pizza businesses have been giving with orders for free for years. Late deliveries by 25 min, go to pick up after notified that my order is ready and have to wait 10-15 min for the rest of my order. Tonight it was greasy pizza and almost burnt thin bottoms. This location needs some help from upper management. Also as a customer I should not hear music coming from the back that has words in it that if I used in the workplace I...
