I patiently waited for my food as I heard the numbers go up 20 above mine. I figured they didn’t make my food or someone had taken it (similar thing happened to the person before me). When I asked one worker, she angrily replied that I needed to wait for my food. So then I asked the lady that took my order hoping she would remember me and she said the same thing. The previous lady irritatingly said “I told her she needed to wait” talking about me. It was embarrassing for me. So by this time, it had been 25 minutes and I asked again after someone received the same order that I did with an advanced number and they took my receipt and did not apologize for the wait. They made my sandwich after this. This whole thing took 30 min and there were zero apologies from both workers. The latte I ordered was okay and it was made pretty fast. I think they need a system where they mark the pastries and sandwiches with the order number in order to prevent confusion. I understand it’s a high-volume place like the airport and they were expediting orders as efficiently as they could, and dealing with all sorts of customers.. but the customer service needs to be worked on for sure. I ordered a bagel that felt like I was eating dried shaped gruel in a Siberia prison cell. There are so many things wrong with this one bagel, that I will go through the trouble of listing it for you, just for your amusement. The bagel was automatically toasted, not at my request. It was toasted too long or was very stale because it was hard to bite the hard exterior layer. Who am I kidding. The whole thing was stale and toasting it couldn't save it. It was hard to press my teeth together to chew through the bagel. I had to use the back molars to grind the bagel down. My jaw hurts. They didn't give me enough cream cheese to spread on two sides. It cost $4.50 for something that might have been served in the 1990's in a country that has never heard of bagels. Read moreOn Monday, July 7, 2025, the same Hispanic woman everyone has been complaining about treated me very poorly, disrespected me, and even threatened to call the sheriff just because I told her she was being unfair and rude. I came over for help because the drink I wanted wasn't on the menu. She yelled at me, saying I had to order using the screen and that the drink was listed there. After searching for five minutes and not finding it, I told her I needed help, but she yelled that she was very busy and I had to wait. Then, someone got in line behind me and was immediately served without any problem. When I asked her what the difference was between me and that person, she angrily snapped at me, saying if I was done talking, she wouldn’t serve me and I should leave. She threatened to call the sheriff on me. It was an absolutely degrading and humiliating experience. I strongly advise against going to this place.
