Last night using McDonald’s apps, I placed a order for 1 Mcchicken 1 McDouble 1 Med fries 1 large unsweetened tea with lemonade ( 2.99 plus Tax. )
Using the drive thru to pick up my order, I notice my drinks is a sweet tea and not the drink I order.
I addressed the issue to the server. She begin to be rude and claim it what I had order.
I show her the receipt but she continue to be unprofessional and rude. Not willing to resolve the issue,
I ask to speak to a supervisor/ duty managers. She decline and said they are busy at the moment. She offer to refund me for the drink I kindly said Okay.
When I get the refunds, they short me on the amount. I advise her I paid 2.99 plus tax but she only give me 1.90, she started to show irritation and become loud and rude.
I asked to speak to the supervisor/manager which is next to her. She decline and said Claudia doesn’t speak English. I ask for a manager so I can write a complaint, then she give me a name of Betty. ( I suspected both name is made up)
I been patiently waiting for the order to be corrected (manager hiding behind the server).
Server is now making threats. Said loudly, if I don’t move my car then she’ll call the police. (mean while other workers and the manager behind laughing).
What a terrible experience, I drive always upsets, robbed of my refund difference, be little by McDonald’s server, and threaten to have local police called on me.
(Having the thought of Police minorities shooting at higher rate. I decide to continue on with my life and let a big corporation rob me of my principles and monies.)

I made my order very clear for them to understand. Paid and asked for extra they charged me saying extra is 25cents I said ok give me 4 extra she said 35cents I said for 4 are you sure she said yes..i still said are you sure they will give me 4 extras? She said yes sooo i pull up to get my order and tell them I asked for extras she said weres your receipt I said I haven't moved my order should still be on your screen can I get my extras? Rude manager said noooo you have to get off and order it inside the store. I told her numerous times I asked for 4 extras in English while I was paying to avoid the hassle because I know were you pick up food they don't have a register. Soo manager said pay 2 dollars more and called me out saying i couldnt pay that i wanted free food and that her car was better than mine lol. All I wanted was what I asked for since the beginning 4 extras and I just thought how come 20 people working to put one order together couldn't get a simple order right! expecting to get what I payed and asked for this McDonald's is a huge disappointment After all that Turned out my... Fries cold nuggets cold 2 so called sodas (I guess they ran out of soda and was giving away sugar water no gas ) 1 extra pickle 2once

A particularly frustrating experience i’ve encountered involved ordering ahead online, only to be told upon arrival that my order did not exist. Despite ordering from the correct location and selecting an item clearly listed on their menu, the staff insisted that my order was nonexistent. I was directed to wait in a parking spot and ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. Eventually, a young lady brought out our food, but her attitude was noticeably unpleasant. She handed over the order without a word, exhibiting a level of rudeness.
Furthermore, it's hard to believe the positive reviews this location receives.. The line is always long, and the service is so slow that it's hardly "fast" food anymore. Overall, the customer service at this location is unbelievable, making it hardly worth visiting. For a better experience, the location on Alameda Ave is a much more reliable option, literally just about five minutes away.
