Service with a frown! And barely any service at all. Every time I think they can’t possibly be more curt or take longer to make a drink, they top themselves. I was wondering, is it just me? But one time my bf, who is universally loved by strangers and has an undying sympathy for service workers from being one for a couple decades, went in on his own and came out flabbergasted by how bad the service was.

This peets was just the most convenient place to stop for a few weeks on the way to work, but then I realized the drive through espresso place around the corner is open at the same early hour and just SO MUCH BETTER. Great lattes, good breakfast sandwiches, so efficient, and super nice. Don’t waste your time with peets. Especially not...

It seems like they are forgetting how to make drinks. They messed up my drink for the second time. When i went back and ask them to remake it, both employees ( working at that time ) were rude and one of them actually throw cup on the sink, rude behavior, apologizing far away, didn’t even reply to thanks.
