This restaurant has the best coleslaw I’ve had in a while, and Cane’s chicken with the sauce go hand-in-hand. You should be aware that if you ask for an extra sauce, they will charge you for an extra sauce and then take the coleslaw out of your box. If you want to get coleslaw, make sure to double check your box since they will probably sub it for something else and swap it out for toast or sauce. When you order, it’s not clear what’s included in your box because they don’t go over your order. They don’t let you know if they substitute items, they don’t go over the price of items, so I suggest looking over the menu before you even visit because you have to do the drive-through since they shut down the entire indoor eating area. The line is usually very long and they try their best to go fast but if you have an issue there’s no way to ask for help you would have to get back in the long drive thru line. As someone who has worked in fast food, I can tell that the communication is definitely lacking but the food is not, I just wish they had a way to order ahead, so there weren’t these communication issues. Always double check your orders before you leave!!

Was my family's first time to a raising canes, we were so happy with the food! Best chicken fingers I've ever had! 1 girl at the registers however was EXTREMELY unhappy, slow, annoyed to be there. There we no napkins so I asked for napkins and she gave me some at the register, then after a couple minutes came to restock the beverage area (with napkins) she spent a good 10-15 standing in front of the beverage area blocking all customers from getting lids, straws, napkins, or sauces. I needed a fork and said excuse me after waiting for a while. She was upset to have to move away for me to grab one?! I sat next to the beverage bar and watched all this go down. Many customers trying to get things and one man left without a lid or straw for his 2 drinks after waiting for her to move for a few minutes. The line was long to order but we didn't mind. Good chicken. Will come back again just hope for better customer service next time!

Not sure why this place is 3.9 stars I had a pleasant experience here. It was my very first visit to a Raising Canes and the order taker was polite and explained how the menu works and what sauces are available. Food was great! Best fast food chicken I’ve had in a very long time. The chicken tenders here don’t taste plumped like other places like Popeyes and Churches. I wish they had a spicy crispy chicken option but nonetheless everything from the chicken, fries and bread slice served was hot and cooked well. On a side note I’m personally not a huge fan of their signature cane sauce (tasted like a thousand island with a ton of pepper added) but I requested their honey mustard and that was such a delicious honey mustard, so I highly recommend requesting that when you order if you fancy mustard.

Stopped by on my way to the airport and was extremely disappointed with the food and service. The store was closed to everything but drive thru. Went through the drive thru and ordered their 3 Finger Combo.

After opening the food there was two chicken fingers, one piece of Texas toast and no fries. The drive thru was backed up to the street and I could not wait again so I went to try and get someone's attention through the window as the doors were locked and lobby closed. They ignored me, even as I held up the bag of food and receipt indicating there was an issue. No one answered the phone when called.

Finally someone came over and acted like it was a huge bother to get someone's order right. I told her I was missing several parts of my order. She took my receipt and went back inside. She came out and handed me another box saying it was all in there, but did not have my receipt anymore.

The box contained fries... Nothing else...

I attempted to get their attention again, but it was clear they had no interest in helping. There were others with order mistakes gathering too, but not a single person seemed to care.

With a flight to catch, I decided to give up for now and just eat what I had. The fries were okay, but by the chicken soggy and essentially inedible. There was no crunch to it. I had heard good things about Raising Caine's, but this experience has me thinking I'll be sticking to Chick-Fil-A in the future.

My experience was beyond disappointing, it was maddening that they just take your money and toss customers aside like it's nothing.

Editing on 8/21/23 to add: There was a quick response from owner asking me to reach out. I did, but never received a response. I thought maybe they would try to make it right.

Also, upon getting to the airport I realized I did not have my credit card. I believe that they just never handed it back to me and I failed to realize that. When I called the credit card company less than 30 minutes later, there were already attempts to make online purchases with it that they had blocked as suspicious.

When the owners failed to respond to my reaching out to them per their message I elected to dispute the cost of the meal with the credit...

I’ve been a loyal fan of Cane’s for years. Having lived in Arizona, I used to enjoy it regularly, so when I saw there was a Cane’s within a 10-minute walk from my hotel in Oakland, I was beyond excited. I walked over, craving that familiar taste, only to be incredibly disappointed when I got there. Despite having a fully built lobby and patio, I was informed by an employee that they don’t offer lobby or patio dining. Instead, they only take orders through the drive-thru.

The problem? I was on foot. No car. So I was told I couldn’t order. What’s the point of having a lobby and patio if they’re not used? I’ve never experienced this at any Cane’s location, not even during the height of COVID. Back then, at least you could still go inside to order takeout. But at this location—no lobby orders, no exceptions. They simply refuse to take any orders inside.

This is ridiculous! As a die-hard Cane’s fan, this was the most disappointing experience I’ve had with the chain. If you’re going to build a lobby and patio, how about using them? Or at the very least, offer an option for customers who aren’t in vehicles. I left frustrated, empty-handed, and completely baffled by this nonsensical business practice.

One more thing: Cane's corporate, save the canned copy-paste response. I’ve seen how you've responded to other complaints about this location, and they all lack sincerity or true care for the...

So I went late night because the line was not as long as people are complaining that it has been during earlier hours of the day. They just seem kind of unorganized. The food came out hot, I appreciate that but the taste is average. I’m not really sure what the hype is about this place besides just initially wanting to try it because you haven’t but the selection of the menu items are very limited. They don’t even have desserts or any sides besides 2…. There’s a heavyset white female in the drive-through that’s rude and gives nasty stares and blames her and her crew being unorganized on customers, so that was a turn off on its own. One of the crewmembers were telling me to drive my car (there was no one walking in front of the car) and then afterwords she tells me to stop but hes saying to keep going so she gives me a dirty look.. like OK. I’m just following initial directions and why they are walking in the middle of the drive-through is beyond stupid to me. It’s not only stupid it’s unsafe. Chick-fil-A has two lines and they don’t have the same problem. No one has ever directed me to move my car and then another coworker get mad at me for following directions because they told me to stop and no one was in front of my car. Like learn to take accountability and I should’ve gotten an apology if anything. Won’t be going back. The headaches...
