Todos — Restaurant in Oakland

I recently visited TODOS and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. As the only customer in the dining area, I expected prompt and attentive service, but that was not the case.

Firstly, it took a frustratingly long 25 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. The only reason they approached me was to bring my order, which I had placed using their digital service. I had to specifically request water and utensils, which took another ten minutes to arrive.

To make matters worse, the condition of the restaurant was subpar. There were multiple dirty tables, and I even noticed water on one of the booth seats. This lack of cleanliness was off-putting and gave a negative impression of the establishment.

Additionally, the waiter who assisted me had a very unattached demeanor. Their lack of warmth and welcoming attitude made me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer.

Overall, my experience at TODOS was highly disappointing. The slow service, unclean environment, and unenthusiastic staff left me with a negative impression. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the overall...

First time to Todos. We had been wanting to try for quite some time. They far exceeded our expectation which NEVER happens. For expectations you do seat yourself and can order from the counter or from your QR code. We were greeted upon entry. We were also served water.

I’m sure anything you order from here is going to be amazing. The star of the show for us was the Chicken Quesadilla. It was loaded with Chicken and Cheese. Truly the best I’ve ever had. My wife got the Chicken Burrito. She said it was delicious and would order again. Chips and Guac super fresh. Fries were super tasty. The drinks are LEGIT. I saw the bartender measuring everything and squeezing fresh juice.

The service was a 10/10. I can’t stress that enough. Everyone that was working chatted with us. We didn’t wait long for anything. They take great pride in what they do here. I truly appreciate this experience. We live down the road and will be making this one of our regular spots. We’ve already recommended it to several friends.

A group of four women took my son’s stuffed animal from the restaurant Todos in New Downtown Oakland Saturday early evening. They were sitting next to us.

It was so uncool because they should know parents will likely return for a child’s favorite stuffed animal. The waiter was like, “ya they took it.” And shrugged their shoulders. We returned less than ten minutes later too.

I’m still annoyed and hope that they will allow my son to have his stuffed toy.

Children do not just have an affinity for whatever stuffed animal, it is developed and they were so wrong to steal it. Give it back to my son!
