Quiet, expansive garden with grass, benches, and garbage cans.
To access this garden, you need to go to the Kaiser Center Garage and take an elevator to floor RG. The stairwells were gated when I visited. There's a large pond with two fountains that geese love to swim around in. There are also two fake white geese that move around a little with the rippling water and wind. There are also a bunch of benches if you'd like to sit or lie down. Being a garden, there are a variety of plants and they're all labeled on a map. It's surrounded by trees which obstruct your view of outside so you feel like you're on the ground. There isn't a playground or anything for playing, so a child might hate it. The lawn looked like it could use some maintenance, but was clean enough to sit on. I recommend bringing a blanket if you'd like to have a picnic on the lawns.
