The food was great. When we first walked in the door there was no hostess. Two waitresses were standing in the kitchen looking at pictures on one of their phones. We stood for several minutes before someone noticed us. The glasses on the table and the glasses our sodas were served in were disgusting. As you can see in the picture they were all like this with nasty marks and spots on them. The wall on the booth where we sat looked like it had not been cleaned ever. There were nasty spots and stains and drips all over the wall. This place has the potential to be great or maybe it already was great and has gone downhill. Again the food was good but the place was unwashed and disgusting hence the low rating.

I had the most delicious breakfast today, and I’m still smiling about it! 😍 The omelet was perfectly cooked, full of flavor and fresh ingredients, and the toast was just the right balance of crispy and soft. The side of fresh fruit was a beautiful, refreshing touch. I also got to try the stuffed French toast — soft, rich, and slightly sweet, with a lovely filling and a hint of powdered sugar on top. Paired with warm syrup and a bit of jam, it was absolute heaven on a plate! The coffee was smooth and comforting, and the service was kind and attentive. Everything felt fresh, homemade, and made with love. 💛 Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy place to enjoy a hearty, satisfying breakfast! ☕🍳🍇🍞

We love coming here every time we are in town visiting my family. Living in Texas now, I am spoiled with a lot of breakfast/brunch options super close to me, but growing up in Oakville, there were never many options besides fast food, Bread Co (Panera) or maybe IHOP or Dennys (yuck). We love First Watch and can't say enough about the quality of the food and the lovely atmosphere (which you wouldn't expect in a strip mall next to a grocery store). Make sure to try seasonal offerings as well as the main menu items. From a native Oakville resident who now calls Texas (with big and spicy flavors) home, we highly recommend.

Awful. Don't go here unless you're a masochist. My sister and I went there for her birthday and from the moment we walked in the employees were rude to us. The waitress that took our order was completely unhelpful and trying to rush us ordering and leaving. I mentioned it was my sister's birthday and that we had a free meal coupon for her(which we never got) and she blew off our questions and said someone else would deal with that when we paid. I tried to do a lunch special that was a pick two deal. I told her what salad and sandwich I wanted and I assumed from the menu that it came with a side of soup. Nooope. The soup wasn't a side that came with the meal but an extra 2.50 charge. I was not told this by the waitress who took my order. Doesn't help that the actual soup tasted like it came out of a can and was tiny. I would have just brushed this off as my own fault and been fine with paying for it if the man who cashed us out hadn't treated us like morons for making a mistake. Maybe if your waitresses did their job this wouldn't have been an issue? Ended up paying for the whole meal minus 2.00 which the guy acted like he was doing us a charity by doing. To wrap up, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that doesn't treat their...

On Monday, my fiance and I were served by a waitress, I believe her name was Karen. She rushed us to order and then proceeded to avoid our table. She only came back to ask us mid meal how we liked the food. Then she quickly left the check without asking if we were ready for it or if we needed anything. Like I said I was actively eating and my partner and I were going to order additional drinks and I ended up needing a to go box. After she just randomly put down the check, it was clearly time to leave. We did not even bother with the drinks and I almost just left my food. But my fiance was able to get her to come back and give me a box. Which she clearly did not want to do.

  1. There were other customers but its wasnt very busy. Over half the tables were empty and they seemed to have plenty of staff. 2) I was facing the restraunt and I could see her talking to and engaging with all the other tables multiple times during this time.

It was blantely obvious she did not want to serve us. I wish she hadn't because it disrupted a really nice morning on our day off. Which I have no explaination for because she barely spoke to either of us.

Side note - Ya'll are over salting...

Well although the food is good, walking in and out on the floor they have when it is wet is VERY DANGEROUS! It was very scary, walking in was terrifying especially since I had my 84 year old mother with me. Leaving out was worse. It was my girlfriend and I trying to stay stable while trying to not slip and fall with my mother. Whoever picked that floor out needs to SERIOUSLY rethink about the type of floor they have laid down. Whether you can walk perfectly fine on your own or not, that floor is going to get them in trouble one day. We have walked in many restaurants and have never slid all the way to the door. It was like a layer of grease on the floor, mixed with melted snow outside. I know it was a messy day winter wise and people were in and out, but you SERIOUSLY would have to wear some none slip shoes to survive. The manager FINALLY came out about 5 minutes late and ask was my mom okay. Thank God none of us fell because we all would have been in bad shape!. Do something about those floors on Telegraph or you all will end up paying someone a pretty ...
