Awful. Don't go here unless you're a masochist. My sister and I went there for her birthday and from the moment we walked in the employees were rude to us. The waitress that took our order was completely unhelpful and trying to rush us ordering and leaving. I mentioned it was my sister's birthday and that we had a free meal coupon for her(which we never got) and she blew off our questions and said someone else would deal with that when we paid. I tried to do a lunch special that was a pick two deal. I told her what salad and sandwich I wanted and I assumed from the menu that it came with a side of soup. Nooope. The soup wasn't a side that came with the meal but an extra 2.50 charge. I was not told this by the waitress who took my order. Doesn't help that the actual soup tasted like it came out of a can and was tiny. I would have just brushed this off as my own fault and been fine with paying for it if the man who cashed us out hadn't treated us like morons for making a mistake. Maybe if your waitresses did their job this wouldn't have been an issue? Ended up paying for the whole meal minus 2.00 which the guy acted like he was doing us a charity by doing. To wrap up, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that doesn't treat their...
Read moreOn Monday, my fiance and I were served by a waitress, I believe her name was Karen. She rushed us to order and then proceeded to avoid our table. She only came back to ask us mid meal how we liked the food. Then she quickly left the check without asking if we were ready for it or if we needed anything. Like I said I was actively eating and my partner and I were going to order additional drinks and I ended up needing a to go box. After she just randomly put down the check, it was clearly time to leave. We did not even bother with the drinks and I almost just left my food. But my fiance was able to get her to come back and give me a box. Which she clearly did not want to do.
It was blantely obvious she did not want to serve us. I wish she hadn't because it disrupted a really nice morning on our day off. Which I have no explaination for because she barely spoke to either of us.
Side note - Ya'll are over salting...
Read moreWell although the food is good, walking in and out on the floor they have when it is wet is VERY DANGEROUS! It was very scary, walking in was terrifying especially since I had my 84 year old mother with me. Leaving out was worse. It was my girlfriend and I trying to stay stable while trying to not slip and fall with my mother. Whoever picked that floor out needs to SERIOUSLY rethink about the type of floor they have laid down. Whether you can walk perfectly fine on your own or not, that floor is going to get them in trouble one day. We have walked in many restaurants and have never slid all the way to the door. It was like a layer of grease on the floor, mixed with melted snow outside. I know it was a messy day winter wise and people were in and out, but you SERIOUSLY would have to wear some none slip shoes to survive. The manager FINALLY came out about 5 minutes late and ask was my mom okay. Thank God none of us fell because we all would have been in bad shape!. Do something about those floors on Telegraph or you all will end up paying someone a pretty ...
