The customer service is horrible I asked for them to heat up my croissant, this older lady snatched the bag aggressive she was mad she had to heat it up and said that it was a health code violation to make my croissant warm. I have my servsafe I know what good safety is I’m a manager myself and if anyone asked me to warm up something for them I’d simply wear gloves and meet there needs its only a minute out of her day the store was empty and nothing was going on and she wanted to argue with me about making something warm. So she goes to warm it up and instead or warming it up for like 10-15 seconds she had to of had it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes so the croissant was rubbery burning hot and unappetizing. It’s didn’t need to be in there that long she did it because she was mad that I told her to heat it up one item. Is it that much of an inconvenience. If she is a manager she knows nothing about food safety and needs to be retrained because when I go to work every single day I meet my customers needs and that’s why we are profitable. I am glad to help my customers whether it’s a refund to heating something up on the grill she should think the same way or give someone...
Read moreToday, I decided to treat myself to a half cheesesteak sandwich from Bread Co. while working remotely. I had back-to-back calls lined up and wanted something quick and satisfying. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but satisfying.
First off, the sandwich itself was a major letdown. For $8, I expected a decent portion of meat, but what I received was more bread than anything else. The meat was sparse, to say the least, and I found myself searching through the sandwich just to find a few small pieces. The cheese and other toppings did little to make up for the lack of meat, leaving the overall taste bland and unfulfilling.
Given that I was in between important calls, I didn't have the time or energy to address the issue immediately, which added to my frustration. I was counting on Bread Co. for a quick and hearty meal, but instead, I was left hungry and disappointed.
In conclusion, Bread Co. really dropped the ball today. For $8, I expected much more than what I received. This substantial loss has certainly made me reconsider ordering from them in the future. Thanks, Bread Co., for the...
Read moreWalked in, and a lady at the front register named "Elise" looked as if she was confused, looked me up and down and said, "do you need something?" in a very dry/rude tone. I looked her up and down and also responded in a rude voice, "uhh yeeah I came to order what do you think?" Her response, "do you have a rewards?" My response, "wait for my wife" (because she was walking in with our other child). I'm not saying this location is prejudice by any means, but when I walked in, she wasn't the only one looking at me like they seen a ghost. Two different customers that were sitting down were too. They did a double take and stopped chewing their food, staring at me. That's okay, maybe they're just not use to seeing African American men with long dread locks and I'm 100% okay with that... i get that when I go to certain places here in St. Louis, but why have a person like that working at the front counter? She could of at least welcomed me. All the other employees I encounter seemed pretty nice....
