Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Oakville

We came in one day about a month ago and they had an inappropriate movie on the TV. The employees just sat at the counter and watched. There was an elderly couple, my family and a mom and 3 younger children who had just walked in while there was a sex scene on and none of them thought it would be a good idea to lower the volume or change the channel. Our food came out a little crispier than normal and it was very hard to eat. The ‘garlic bread’ was a complete joke, it was a piece of bread with a small slice of cheese on it. After we started eating our daughter turned to her dad and stuck out her tongue and there was a long BLACK HAIR sticking out of her mouth and was attached to her pizza she had just taken a bite out of! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience before then I have tonight if this Imo's. First off the lady was very rude and hung up on me when I told her several times what kind of pizza I wanted. To top it off, the manager took over, Who was not much smarter than the first person, evidently. It took 2-4!! times to get my pizza order correctly. To top things off after a Manager me my pizza would be ready, I show up at the window it is the wrong size?! I had to then get the owner involved Who for lack of a better word humiliated me by saying they will give me a free extra pizza? Time is money. You can tell this is one of the OG imo's locations the St Louis area. some locations use a half and half mix of provel cheese with mozzarella. But these guys for sure use only provel cheese. I've seen them while waiting for my food pulling it out of the bags. Every time we've ordered from this location it comes to our door quickly it's got that snap when you bite into the crust and they don't scam you with light toppings. I also love going and picking up my food because the place has really good vibes.
