This place has gone so downhill. I placed an order at 1:23pm through the app. By 2:23pm I still didn't have my food, so I called the store to check on it. The guy tells me that they couldn't start the order because I didn't pay with card, which is true, I selected "cash" because that's an option on the app, and something I have done several times in the past. Anyways, I pay over the phone with a card. My food finally shows up at 2:57pm via UberEats, because they don't have their own drivers anymore apparently.
The most frustrating part of all of this is that I never got a phone call from them, saying that they couldn't start the order without a credit card. If they had called right away (which they CAN do) and said that, I'd have paid right away and none of this would be a problem. But they didn't, my order just would have sat there until the end of time. The guy I talked to on the phone couldn't have cared less, no apology or anything.
I realize that franchise stores probably don't have anything to do with corporate's app, but at least call and explain situations to customers. That's the bare minimum.

Apparently the county mask mandate is merely a suggestion at Jimmy John's. Not even the person who took my order was wearing her mask. The person who gave me my order didn't include it all until I reminded them. The tables were sticky, the booths were uncomfortably small, and the clientele...YIKES. I got stared down by two kids at the next table, for being, I don't know, fat while eating?

Read moreOk this review shouldn't be for this restaurant, but for the app instead. I have to apologize about this, because I assumed the app got it right and the store got it wrong, but no, somehow the app DID NOT save my customizations. I went through and did as I said, customizing my sandwich, and I even remember seeing my changes in my cart, but the submitted order does not have my changes in my order history. I'll be submitting feedback for the app after this.
So again, I'm sorry to the store and the employees here. You all did great and exactly as you were supposed to! Great job!
