Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Oakwood

I have always loved Butterscotch growing up as a kid. Its rare I find myself getting out for ice cream but now that I am within walking distance to Graeters in Oakwood I seem to be there all the time. I'm currently hooked on Butterscotch shakes and haven't ordered anything new the last few times I've been there. The staff is always so friendly and I can even get ice cream for my Boxer so he also enjoys the trip now. Just wanted to take a moment to give a well-deserved review! Came in for a quick snack with my wife and was immediately greeted and taken care of. I believe the young man we worked with was named Jack (taller, dark hair). He had a smile the whole time and was there ready to make any recommendations if needed. Coming from someone who works in management, he is the exact person I look for when adding to my team. He even held the door for us when we left! Hands down, the best ice cream and shake I've ever had! I first discovered them in Cincinnati and had the amazing Madagascar vanilla, outstanding! Then I saw them on "how it's made" and gained a real appreciation for single batch, French pot ice cream. Each unit is made and packaged by hand, producing the highest quality possible, every time.
