One of the employees was beyond rude and condensending to my sister and niece when they came to get a coffee. My sister had ordered her coffee and then got my niece a coffee as well, when my sister had placed the order the worker said, " Are you sure she needs a coffee", not once or twice, but three times. When they are paying customers, its not that employees job to ask who or what the coffee is for. It was beyond rude and made my sister feel awful. I really don't appreciate it and I will be getting in touch with the manager, because this isn't the first time this same employee has been rude. Since I was unable to order anything mocha, I took this opportunity to branch out. I asked the barista her opinion of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. She seemed to be confused that I would ask her opinion, and her "Yes, it's good." Sounded like "If you order it, I'm going to make it, let's leave it at that." Anyway, the beverage I was presented was made well enough to be on a billboard ad. It also tasted pretty good, even though it lacked any chocolate.
