I usually have good service here , however I went in today with 2 orders using 2 coupons for 2 different orders , was greeted by a youn gentleman he was very nice , he completed the order very fast , got to the register and told the lady that i had 2 different orders each with its own coupon . She rings up the 1st order which was to be a footlong steak and cheese , however she rang up the 6" ham and cheese and tried using the foot long coupon. She said its just not going to be fixed and i would just have to pay the regular price , so the nice gut tried to help with no luck. I asked for my ten dollar bill that i paid with so i could go elsewhere. The oreder was ready to go but no one could figure out how to correct the mistake she made. She was rude and really had no idea of what she was doing. I will never go back and will not recommend this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is very disappointing. My first visit, there was a lady working there with an attitude. She sounded very annoyed and acted as if she did not want to be there. When I pulled up to the window she shoved my food in face while saying "here" and closed the window. I had a mobile order that day and ordered chips, she was so busy being mad that she forgot my chips.
My second visit, I ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered a veggie delight sandwich on toasted wheat bread with mayonnaise and extra cheese. When I got my sandwich it was just cheese and mayonnaise. How do you screw up that badly??? Who would just order cheese and mayonnaise on bread??? And it didn't even look like extra cheese like I ordered. I wish I had have took a picture. It looked as ridiculous as it sounds. I most likely will not be eating at this...

Beverly begins to clean up and looks like closing the restaurant at 21:00 when the closing time is 23:00. She was removing product, closing lids, and putting items into the refrigerator.
Beverly is cleaning while food is being prepped. Hitting another customers food with the bottom of the cleaning bottle.
Burns the customers food and leaves it out on the back counter. Not a big issue but she also leaves food that should be refrigerated on the counter for over 20 minutes with no lid or plastic wrap.
Took me 27 minutes to order a 6ā sub with only 3 other sandwiches being made.
Normally this is my goto Subway. But it is glaringly obvious that Beverly needs...
