Yesterday my family stopped at this location and 1 star is one too many for this location. The order taker for the drive thru made mistakes when taking drink orders. I had requested 2 happy meals 1 with a cook and one with a sprite. We then asked for 2 additional sprites. We get to the window to grab our food and drinks and I am handed a milk. No big deal, I just said sorry we didn't ask for a milk we need a sprite. He proceeds to tell me but a milk is whats on your order. I then say I am sorry I never asked for a milk we asked for a sprite. He leaves the window to talk to some women who i believe was the manager. She fixes the drink and he hands me a sprite. I then tell him "hey we are missing one more sprite". He walks away again to same woman, she comes to the window and states "you are holding up our line we have already made an exception giving you a pop over a milk. You need to review your receipt and go thru the line again or leave". I wish I had caught the mistakes on the screen before paying but I had loud hangry children in the vehicle and missed it. She did not make exceptions for my family though her employee made mistakes taking the order. I am in a customer facing role myself and understand mistakes happen and was understanding of the order being received incorrectly we just wanted the soda we requested. Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to they mess up my order every single time I am there I have tried to give them benefit of the doubt I know there's staffing shortages and other issues I understand I also work in customer service. But every single time I am there I am pulled forward for one item I've had drinks build on me more than once I never get the correct item even though I have to wait for the set item I just don't think I can go back to this McDonald's because I have had such multiple multiple issues happen. I unfortunately as I said do work in customer service so I don't like to complain or write bad reviews but I don't know what else to do I have to warn people about just how many and how often my either order has been messed up or wrong or I have had to wait for one item such as a Sasha McGriddle for 10 or 15 minutes and it just it shouldn't take that long in the morning when you should be prepared for breakfast when there's no line if there was a line or a rush I understand but when there's me and one other person and that other person just got a coffee in front of me and the lobby is closed I just don't understand the the wait and unfortunately I have to write this review and let you all know that it's...
Read moreIf I could rate them no stars, I would. I was at the property today after ordering curbside pick-up. I waited 20 minutes before I decided to go up to the store, when I did, no one had any idea I had been waiting and did not offer any apology. I was told that items I had ordered could not be served (not a big deal), and that I had to get a refund and that I should wait at my car. I waited 15 more minutes and went to the door to see what was going on. When I went to the door, it had been locked, so I waited there. When the employee came out with my food (minus the items that could not be servers) I was handed cash as a refund for an order I put in on the app. It is not possible to order on the app in the way I did and pay in cash, so when the employee said that he had assumed I paid in cash, I asked to talk to someone else who could handle my issue. The manager came out and said that they had issued the refund and would not fix it, blaming me for not telling him I had paid with a card, even tho I had said multiple times that I paid on the app. This is not the first time I have had issues with this McDonald’s.
