The response below from this company is very unprofessional and rude. "FYI" I specifically tried to leave a note upon placing delivery on door dash and it came up with a message saying this business has chosen not to allow this feature. I'm not sure why you're coming at me with rudness about wanting to rate your customers. I was not a bad customer in the least. I simply stated facts about my experience that your business gave me. I was politely leaving my personal opinion and experience as I stated. No one likes receiving the wrong items they paid for. My sandwich was soggy deli meat. At $13 I was very excited to try it but it was very disappointing. All three of these factors is something I wish I had known before purchasing and wasting my money on a lunch I didn't enjoy. The only reason I share my experience is so others can be aware of the experience of others, good and bad, before spending their money. I'm sorry you chose to be offended by my disappointment in your product and respond in this rude and unprofessional way. It's just not for me. But definitely after that response down from 2 stars to 1.
I really really wanted to like this place. I had to get my order delivered and it took a little over an hour and it was $13+ for a small deli meat sandwich. Chicken and sundried tomato (I do not recommend) Also $4 for a muffin and they sent me the wrong one. I've tried a few of their drinks and they're all too sweet but there's not option to order it half flavor or anything for delivery. Over priced for what it is. I was very disappointed. But that's just my experience...
Read moreI am not one to leave a negative review, especially in reference to a small business, but wow their breakfast food was terrible. I felt as though my family and I should have atleast gotten an overnight stay with our hotel chain breakfast. Not an exaggeration, the bacon was literally the size, flavor, texture and appearance of those types of complimentary breakfasts, pancakes tiny and tasteless, eggs a flat yellow and white styrofoam type of thing that you would find on the worst chain drive thru. We ordered extra bacon, which was paid for and not provided, and when I'd asked, the older woman behind the counter told the young girl that there was extra in the box. I felt no need to argue the point, given I wasn't planning to eat it anyway, but my wife asked me to say something. I just swallowed the loss, left and realized that anyone serving up this type thing to the public has zero scruples or concern for the best interest of the public, least of all providing any level of food quality. I WAS extremely surprised to see that the establishment was busy and that they seem to have a following given the mostly positive reviews. I just chalk it up to the sad state of what qualifies as food today and our general inability to tell the difference between real food and imitation, with all of the artificial and 'natural' flavors, chemical enhancements, and synthetic...
Read moreI come here a lot its been a few months since I've been, busy traveling business etc. Today I come in and Young Blondish lady at Cash register won't give names but shes not a new employee stares at me no greeting instead she asks what do you want looking at the floor while leaning on the counter almost half asleep no personality didn't give me the impression she values her job, She didn't ask me my name for the order so my drinks sat at the counter for almost 20mins, before the very friendly bubbly older red head came up and asked if I was waiting on something and apologized for the inconvenience. What blows my mind is the owner watched and heard the cashier take my order and did nothing to correct her unprofessional attitude and mannerisms. This type of behavior seems to be a trend in our society no longer are the days of good customer service and professionalism, instead we get employees that half @$$ thier job that don't value or understand the meaning of hard work and expect the world in return. Since my recent experience I've recently discovered a new coffee place called the Gathering Cafe this is a great local Christian business that has outstanding customer service and food. I will admit the coffee isn't at good as Chelsea's but I'd rather give my money to a business that values customers and takes honor in giving good customer service any day...
