The First & Last Tab — Restaurant in Ocala

I have been visiting this bar for 17 years. It is my neighborhood bar. I get off work and find myself here for a few drinks and relaxation. Recently i have visited and the new bar tenders are no good. Travis and the girl with black rimmed glasses ( i did not get her name.) They are rude and they complain about paying regular customers. This place gets alot of regulars most are care free and don't complain including me. I find myself writing this review because of my terrible experience. Our drinks were good and the bartender was nice. This place smells horrible, and you will leave completely smelling like cigarettes. I don’t smoke, and my hair even smelled like smoke.

It wasn’t just the cigarettes, but overall the place had a musty odor. It’s understandable to allow cigarette smoking, but atleast do some cleaning and freshening up of the place once in a while. It smells like a buildup of smoke since the establishment opened. We had fun playing darts, but the smell was intense and nauseating.

One of the best, if not the best, bar in Ocala (even possibly considering downtown Ocala area). Everyone here may look rugged, but we all come in to enjoy ourselves and have some drinks, and like some of us, way too many drinks. But the drinks are cheap so who can blame you. The staff are friendly and personable, there's always good music and people to talk to, and they also do live music often. The food is fried, cheap, and delicious.
