Read moreOur first time visiting the Ocala Mall, and we decided to go on a Saturday. It's doesn't feel like a regular mall, but is set up with Vendors everywhere. Some of the vendors are friendly and helpful. I saw a sign that said Food Court, but wasn't much open. There was a couple places in small booths selling food and drinks. One selling Ice cream and other items of food. I wasn't interested in eating, and continued to other areas.
We decided to ask someone in the office about the Ocala Mall to find out more about it. Basically each Vendor rents a space by the month to sell their merchandise in. We were told that it wasn't a Flea Market .... ( ? Hmmm ). The vendors have some interesting merchandise to check out, and there is quite a few vendors. Each booth was set up nicely, and clean. It was nice to see new Business in the area, and I will be back to check it out. Hopefully it will continue to...

At this point, I just turned around and walked out. On my way out, I saw the sign that said it opened at 10. It was 9:55 as I walked back to my car. After my experience this morning and how rude the one vendor I encountered was, I won't be back. The other interesting part, as I walked out, several vendors were just walking in with their wares...seems like you'd be there and ready to open at 10, not walking in to get started, especially on...
