This is the worst Wawa I've ever been to, and I've been to DOZENS across FL, NJ and PA.
I will never shop at this Wawa again.
I ordered a hoagie through the app today, when I opened the wrapper, there was nothing but a plain empty roll inside!!! When I went back in they said they didn't know what a veggie hoagie was. Why didn't anyone say anything when I picked it up?? Why waste my time??
I've given this Wawa at least 10 chances and they've disappointed me every single time. Whoever works on Sundays is terrible at their job and should be fired, sandwich and coffee staff. My order will be messed up any day of the week from this Wawa but Sunday always takes the fing cake.
Once when I was picking up a latte the woman making it told me the screen was down and she didn't know how to make it, winged it anyway and hoped it tasted ok. I've been given mocha iced lattes with no chocolate syrup. Expired milk or dairy milk when I ordered almond or oat. I've been handed iced lattes with the lid not on all the way and spilled it all over myself when I've...
Read moreI was with a family friend and grandmother when this situation occurred. My friends grandmother prepaid $30 in gas and waited in the store. When my friend was done pumping gas she told her grandmother the amount the truck took which was $26. Going to the same cashier (Brittany) she prepaid with, she told her that we need the difference of $4. The cashier refused to give her the money and told her that the machine registered that the truck took all of the $30. And preceded to take care of the next customer in line. My friend and her grandmother came back to the car very upset and told me what happened. So I took the two receipts and took a picture of the pump number with amount taken in gas on screen and went into the store. Finding the same cashier I asked for the difference we prepaid for gas. She told me that the machine registered that our truck took the whole amount we prepaid. I told her that it did not and I had a picture on my phone and that I would like to speak to her manager. She then promptly gave me the rest of the...
Read moreMy first experience and likely only experience ever at a Wawa. Midnight, Sunday before Memorial Day. Looking for a quick hotdog or sandwich. No hotdogs, and the sandwich counter had 18 customers waiting for one employee to frantically try to catch up. An impossibility when so tremendously understaffed. Not expecting a crowd on Memorial Day Weekend shows very poor management, and the repercussions of such a newbie mistake are upset customers (one said she had been waiting 25 minutes) sending customers away (like myself), but most importantly is creating an unhappy employee. Management needs to get it's act together and learn that the cost of hiring an extra employee or two during a busy shift is far less than the cost of losing...
