Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ocala

I rarely come to this location because there's always a problem. But this was my last time after dealing with someone named Jennifer. I only ordered two items and she was rushing me after each thing like choosing which donut I wanted and choosing what bagel I wanted for my sandwich. She acted like it was a problem when I asked if they could put cream cheese on the sandwich. I was so flustered I forgot to use my app but when I asked how to get my points afterwards she basically yelled at front for someone else to tell me that I can't do it only through the app. When I asked why no one told me ahead of time or offered they said it's a third party and they don't really use it. The whole experience just was really rude and rushed when there was nobody else even in the store. I go to Dunkin' donuts for a treat to brighten my day not to be dealt with by an employee who clearly doesn't want to be there. I get that people don't like to work or maybe they just don't like their job but it's never okay to treat someone like that especially when working as your job to make people happy. And my sandwich was cool by the time I got home which is 2 miles down the street. This is why I will not be returning to this location and I tell all of my friends not to . given the fact that I leave a lot of reviews and show up at the top I'm pretty sure most people will see this...

THE WORST DUNKIN DONUT'S I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. RUDE CSR NO PRODUCT OUT OF REGULAR CREAMER! NEW CASHIER TRYING TO GET ASSOCIATE TO HELP HIM ONLY TO BE SCOFFED AT AND SNIPPED AT BY HER! IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. WRONG FLAVORED COFFEE DUMPED AND CORRECT FLAVOR PUT IN SAME CUP WITHOUT BEING RINSED OUT COULD STILL TASTE NASTY HAZELNUT IN COFFEE. UNPROFESSIONAL UNCARING AND JUST PLAIN POOR BUSINESS! wHO OPERATES THIS PLACE. i have been a customer of Dunkin Donuts since I was just a child and now 55 yrs young! No other DD store in Ocala is like the one here on state route 40 in Ocala, the other 3 stores are polite have a good selection and excellent staff and appear to have the product stock required of such a business. I frequent the one on W 200 past 80th st 'the one on 200 across from Sam's Club, the busiest one on Silver Springs Blvd off of 25th Avenue and the one on Pine Avenue and have never had a complaint about any but this one . So I recomend if you really want Dunkin Donuts go to any one of the other stores. NOT THIS ONE TERRIBLE. I would rate 0 stars but cant post it with...

If there was a 1/4 star that's what i would have rated this dunkin . Apparently 2 shots of espresso in a large iced cup with cream and sugar then ice is to complicated? The manager needed to call the owner to get approval on cream and sugar.. and the tall girl working there must be in charge of consulting for the over 10,000 stores worldwide because although I've been getting my coffee this way for over 10 years she said there's no way I can get a medium and small shot of espresso because they only sell small shots??? They reserve (my word not hers) the medium and large shots for lattes only?? I really thought i was on punked or some prank show. On top of all this the store itself is nasty with water pouring from the ceilings over the food prep areas and dirty floors and bathrooms ugh!! . save yourself the trouble in dealing with the ignorance and spineless management at this dunkin there's 1 close just south on 200 .. to the owner please just close this store it's...
