Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ocala

For what used to be one of the "good" taco bells, this location has really declined in the past few months. Most of the employees here have trouble with providing customer service in a timely manner - customers having to stand at the counter inside for a few minutes before being addressed and cars in the drive-thru sitting at the speaker for upwards of 5 minutes before their order is taken. They often forget items if you have more than 3 things on your order, and will also proceed to either mess up any alterations to the food or just straight up burn it (my boyfriend has been upset over 1 too many inedible $8 steak grilled cheese burrito). The inside may look presentable at first glance, but the tables will only be spot cleaned of larger items and there are still crumbs and smears of food. The sauce/napkin bar is usually stocked, but all of the sauces are constantly dirty from other packets that had busted open. Instead, there are lazy employees who just throw things where they're supposed to be without any care or thought of how something might look to customers - which is your entire job in a customer...

Absolutely phenomenal!!

We did an online order that was honestly far too huge. If you can drop $40 on 2 ppl at Taco Bell you about to get fat xD

We pulled up about 30 mins later, could have come whenever, and it turned out. . . There were only 2 employees on staff xD

Felt super bad for the ginormous order lol

They were very very kind while we waited and it didn't take that long at all.

What really set the experience apart though, we get home and crack into our haul and. . . It's DELICIOUS!!!

A lot of people might have been tempted to be mad about the big order or at the least be in a rush and make stuff small or sloppy.

But NO!

Everything was Super scrumptious and yummy. Some of the best taco bell we've ever had.

My only regret was not getting their names thinking it'd be on the receipt but ofc, online order.

Well as soon as i came in some colored woman wearing a colorful hair piece was so rude never in my 27 years of living have i ever received disrespect and service like that she was like what do you want i was just placing an order she was like i got to worry about my drive through i’ll take care of you guys when I have time i was shocked because a young colored girl with braces attended me quickly and apologized she was the sweetest and helped me was very patient with me but the other lady does not deserve to be working here rudest person ever my whole stay here was horrible she was rude and disgusting language yelling at the employees and some other guy behind me a customer was like wow she is rude i was like yeah sir he immediately left upset i had a lot to say but she was horrible never will i come back here everyone else was sweet and kind.
