We recently moved here and this is the closest Dunkin to the house. We order 2-3 times a week at least and always our go-to. Unfortunately, this location doesn't know how to follow simple build cards and to save 3 seconds for their drive thru time, they place the whip cream and the powder topping for a signature latte on the inside of a lid which splatters back at you every time you open it. 3 days ago I have placed an online order and ventured to this location at 7:30a when operating hours are at 5a. The location was closed and not operating normally. I called that evening to speak to a manger and I asked for the "person in charge" and the employee repeated, a laugh followed and answered and repeated back what I stated had happened about not being open. Adrienne or Adrianna stated to show my order as a receipt for the location i ordered at and to let the manager know I spoke to Adrienne/Adrianna. Yesterday, I went inside to have my coffee that I have already paid for and not have received to get replaced. The cashier asked why I needed to speak to the manager and the manager refused to speak to me about the situation and told the cashier that I need to contact Dunkin through the app for a refund and then re-order. Mind you, I specifically stated i dont want a refund, just my coffee that i paidbfor and did not receive. Any person with any managerial experience understands that once an order is placed and paid for, the system will show quantity of the items sold that day, which counts towards inventory. However, it's too difficult to actually understand this concept and a refund must be needed instead of simply replacing an order that was not received. Since I was told to contact Dunkin to have a simple Large hot caramel macchiatio refunded (I didn't want a refund, just my coffee replacement) I formally filed a complaint and hope any franchise or corporate operations manager looks more into this location.
Ola is a mile down the street, better coffee and better point...
Read moreI live only 5 minutes from this location so itâs typically my go-to for when I need a coffee, over the years Iâve probably visited at least 100 times. This location runs through management and staff like no other, and with that brings in a whole host of issues. Whenever a new person is added to staff they are not properly trained leading to inaccurate orders and improperly made items. There has been several times where Iâve had to throw out my food/drinks from this location due to them being made wrong. NOW all that being said they have periods where theyâre perfect, where the staff is all nice and friendly + make your food and drinks properly, but that tends to last for only a few weeks before the superstars quit and are replaced by people who are apathetic and down right rude at times.
All this being said if youâre looking for a consistently good experience, youâre better off going to the SW 26th CT location by the mall, Iâve gone to this location 10+ times and have always received great service and...

CARDBOARD BAGELS and attitude when they messed up my order! For weeks now, the bagels here are incredibly stale. Iâm talking rock hard straight out of the drive-thru window. Obviously these things have been sitting there for days.
The people working inside are generally very warm and friendly, but we had problems there with two staff members and it left a bad taste in my mouth. First, a guy taking orders inside suggested that I had ordered incorrectly when I returned my food to them. I corrected him and he started arguing with me until his manager had to inform him his behavior was inappropriate. They told him not to argue with me and handled it appropriately.
Second, the lady who fixed my food placed the bag down aggressively, with an attitude. Not a good way to treat customers. You messed up my food and now I have to deal with your nasty...
