I am beyond thankful for the help that Hemi and the service guys gave me today. I was nearly in tears that I would have no vehicle for at least a week, possibly longer. I am a single mother and we are down a vehicle already due to my daughter's being totaled by a drunk driver several months ago (but who can afford the prices of used cars right now š¬š)? I'm also a teacher and not working (or getting paid) this summer, so cost was a scary, scary thought, as well. Hemi felt my pain and somehow performed, what can only be called, a miracle by having a mechanic figure out the issue within an hour! I feel so completely blessed, and the plaque that is prominently displayed in the service department area is spot on. When this was Ford of Ocala, they were NEVER this personable or considerate and caring. When Honda of Ocala changed hands and went downhill, I chose not to get another Honda, which is how I ended up with a Ford. This is the ONLY time I've been completely happy with everything, and knowing it's because it's the first time I (personally) have dealt with the service department since the change, I'm looking forward to having a place that I trust to care for me and my children for future purchases as well! And while I was waiting, almost everyone working continued checking on me to be sure that I was being helped. It was just such a nice experience all around. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm from Iowa and was visiting in Ocala Florida and my Ford Focus broke down in the parking lot across the way from Ford Dealership I walked over to it went to Service Department told Abrial that my car had gone threw a huge puddle of water and could that make my car die he asked where I broke down we walked over to my car and took a look at it he called his tow truck driver and asked him to bring over battery charger a d he did but my battery was fine he towed it over to service Department and he said he wasn't gonna charge me for the tow and would get my car in ASAP then had a driver give me a ride home Abrial called me a week later he also knew I was from out of state visiting and explained to me that my car was fixed and running and I'm thinking omg how much at least 2000.00 but he said that he got it repaired and parts at no cost to me, and he would send a driver to pick me up to get my car. After we hung up I cried, what he didn't know was I was injured at work just had surgery was recovering and on work comp. not making much money. We contacted Ford Lincoln of Ocala and spoke to John Geremia, who we were told could help us with our needs. We called on a Wednesday and were able to get in the next day or that Fridayāwe chose first thing Friday. When we arrived we were greeted with friendly demeanor and spoke to John. He took our information and went to our RV to get pertinent information and we departed for a bit. When we returned, John greeted us and said our RV was nearly ready, so we sat down while they finished up. John got us when the vehicle was ready and walked us out to the RV and explained everything they had done with our vehicle. All-in-all, we had a great experience both with John and with the Ford Lincoln of Ocala. We were in and out in less than two hours.
