So the service the girls were fantastic, They answered my questions, Gave me what I wanted, but I was the first person in line, the set up to order is I don’t even know what word to use, Undesirabl! so you order and wait at the same window! So when They designed the building did they not pay attention to the fact that you could order in one place , so they can start the order and then you go Pay for it and pick u! I didn’t even see the menu, That is actually before you get to the window! ordering and getting your drink at the same window the way it is Not efficient! There was a line behind me they drove off! Cus people get impatient, The lady behind me left And unless you’ve been there before you don’t realize that there is a second window on the other side! Now the coffee is good tasting espresso, but what is the body follow Starbucks? Did they give you a 12 ounce cappuccino with one shot of espresso you must not be a coffee drinker. A real cappuccino is two shots of espresso, the same amount of milk and the same amount of foamthere’s no way you can do all that in a 12 ounce cup so I took the lid off to see of course it’s only halfway. I had to order an extra shot to get two shots which brings it all the way past five dollars. This should always be an option for an 8 ounce cup because that would come up probably the best with two shots of espresso, which is 2 ounces, 2 ounces of milk and 2 ounces of Foam, 1 ounce of espresso with most likely 2 1/2 ounces of milk and foam, but...

I recently visited Ellianos Coffee, and I have to say—it was such a refreshing experience! From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, I could tell this place takes pride in what they do. The line moved quickly, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine energy. You can tell they actually enjoy their jobs, which made the entire experience even better.

The menu has such a great variety—everything from rich espresso drinks to smoothies and flavor-packed iced coffees. I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it was absolutely delicious—smooth, perfectly sweet, and balanced just right. You could really taste the quality in every sip. I also tried one of their breakfast items, and it came out fresh, warm, and full of flavor.

The best part is how consistent they are. Every time I stop by, my drink is made just the way I like it. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help if you have a question or special request. The area around the shop is always clean, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the energy just feels good.

Ellianos has definitely become one of my favorite coffee spots. Whether I’m heading to work, running errands, or just need a pick-me-up, I know I can count on them for great coffee and great service. I was so excited to try this location! I started coming here when the closest one to FL was Valdosta, GA so of course my daughter and I had to drive the hour from Sumter to try it. Well, we were sorely disappointed. I paid $12+ for these tiny cups of coffee that were supposed to be medium sized. This is the first time we didn’t get the syrups on our cups and whipped cream like the menu shows. I was told you have to specifically request what’s pictured because that isn’t standard. (But it’s on the menu??) The coffees weren’t even sweet. I generally love the service, the pricing, quality, and the value for my money here, but the only thing that was good was the friendly employee. He handed us these tiny lattes and we both left so unimpressed. We each got 6 sips of our medium iced drinks.
