If I could give negative five stars I would. I don't know who owns this particular store but your manager (Lhay Anne) and especially your general manager (she would not give her name on the recipt) should be fired. I ordered a nachobellgrande meal and cinamon twists and the order was rung up incorrectly by cashier Marcella. When she realized her mistake she got her manager to help refund the purchase which was $5.24. Lhay could barely speak English and seemed to be having just as much trouble understanding what I was saying as I was her. She only refunded $4.06 to my credit card. I told her the amount was incorrect and she continued to argue with me till finally she said "All money back on card." And handed me a refund receipt. She fixed the order and tried to charge the card again. It didn't work so she kept swiping it over and over each time it was declined. After the fourth time she swipped the card my phone started blowing up with texts from my bank saying my card was locked. The general manager came over and I explained what the problem was and asked what she could do to fix it. The general manager said the error with the card was my fault and if I didn't pay I would not be served. I argued that it was their error not mine and I asked since it was their mess up that made me unable to pay what she was going to do about it. She told me to call my bank and that it was my cards error. I left angry and without lunch I spent 2 hours on the phone with my bank. I had to go to my bank and talked to them and in the end when my card was reviewed the $5.24 was never successfully refunded and because of the number of times my card number was run I had to cut it up and file for fraudulent charges against taco bell for a stupid $5.24. I was unable to eat lunch because I didn't have a card to buy it with, I was blamed and no responsibility was taken by the manager or general manager, they didn't even offer me a free cinamon twist like I've been given many times from other taco bells if I had to wait to long or if there were no clean tables. The only employee to even apoligize was the elderly cashier Marcelle. She messed up but did everything she should have to try and fix the mistake including admitting fault and apologizing for it. My family of 13 who live and shop in ocala will NEVER go to this taco bell Again! The manager and especially the general manager should be fired for the rude and offensive treatment I received today. They stole 3 hours of my time, my lunch, and all purchases I am unable to pay for now until I...
Read moreI always disliked children and chicken. I disliked children even when I was a child. Chewing around small bones doesn't appeal to me. Now pay close attention.
I was just recalling lessons about ungodly destruction of antithetical cultures, the two Punic wars, and the Roman hold over north Africa. Let's footnote that defeated Carthage did things we disapprove of today, like child sacrifice. Negotiation doesn't always work. Many in the past have come to a complete end, every so often despite the most impressive walls in the world.
Tacos are a journey. The more you give them money the more they hate you. What people generally think is unimaginable can, in fact, happen here. My annihilating burrito order, about 5000 miles west south west of London, reminded me of the regrettable destruction of Thebes by Alexander The Great and obliteration of Carthage by the Romans . One horrible supreme burrito that speaks to quantum superpositioning was a wet soggy mess that fell apart. $5.19 + tax wasted. Just garbage. What would Ruskin and Shopenhauer say? Where does this go except to the grave?
Completely dismayed and unfed after this drive through absent any hope or counterfactuals. I threw it away. Thank god we don't live in a world where each person has his own nuclear bomb yet. This is what you feed your enemies to wipe them out. Because, when nothing matters, taco bell is the place that best fits the bill.
And let us remember this day. I always ask what would Publius Cornelius Scipio...
Read moreSo, on Monday 2/17/2025 ,Me and my wife went to this Taco Bell. The one on 200 near On Top Of The World. It says on line and on the door of the store, that they are open till 2:00 a.m.. Well we went to the drive thru at 1:35. Waited for about five minutes for someone to take our order. Menu outside was lit up. All lights were on in the store like they were open. Nobody said a word over the speaker. So we drove around to the drive thru window and knocked. A girl came and opened the window and just looked at us (nasty look) and didn't say a word. So we said are you open? All the lights are on and it says you close at 2:00 a.m. She said NO!! We are NOT taking any orders, the food is all put away and the store is all cleaned up. So we said O.K. and drive off.Went down the road to McDonald's. Got there five minutes before they closed and they took our order no problem. They were actually taking orders after there posted closing time by a few minutes. I have NEVER had this happen before, ever, at any fast food restaurant. If they are allowed to do this, and the rules are not enforced by management at all,I can only imagine what else they get away with. They couldn't have cleaned the store much in the five minutes or so they spent cleaning it. I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. They not only lost my family as a customer, they lost everyone I tell about this horrible experience. Thank you for showing me where NOT to get food from...
