McDonald's — Restaurant in Ocala

Only had the mcrib for a very short time and never got egg nog shakes even though several people kept saying that they were going to be getting them soon. Manager and employee are extremely rude when I went there one day and gave them a $20 and the lady gave me change for a $10 and I told her that I gave her a 20 instead of looking at her drawer which she would have seen that she had put the 20 in the 10 spot she argued with me and not just once but several times she refused to give me my correct change and when the manager came back ans asked what the problem was i told him what happened he argued with me but gave me my money back.... Except he gave me all of it and told me that he was not giving me the food I ordered..... So the employee made a mistake.... Argues with me about it even though she could have easily seen that I wasn't lying if she would've just looked instead of arguing and then the manager punishes me the customer for being upset that I wasn't going to get my correct change back it was a 10 cent difference it was a 10 dollar difference in the amount of change. This was during hurricane Irma and he said that they were just trying to feed people who lost power and stuff..... But he assumed that we weren't one of those people..... We were and then he continued to make snide remarks as he was getting my money and said "go to burger King and get a meal.... Oh that's right you can't cause they aren't open" Needless to say my family and I went without eating for a couple of days because of that employee and...

I mostly stop here nightly on my way home from work. Several times I have been stuck AT the drive thru speaker for 5 mins or longer waiting on someone to take my order. Then when I get to the second window I have to wait for some time to get my food. Last night really took the cake though. I was waited on by the same girl at the window, who prior to this visit was to busy stacking cups to hand me my food and my drink that was sitting right in front of her and again last night when I pulled to the window she simple opened the window said here you go and handed me my bag then closed the window. I sat there dumb founded waiting for her to open the window again and hand me my drink but instead she walked to the front counter and started waiting on another customer. I sat there for some time and even knocked on the window and honked my horn to no avail. After finishing with the customer at the counter she turned and saw me and walked to the window with an attitude. She opened the window and said "yes", I responded to her with "can i get my drink" which by the way was sitting on the counter right in front of her with no lid on it. She put the lid on and handed it to me and said, "I was waiting on another customer, have a good night" and closed the window. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, I will never frequent this location again and will make sure to let anyone i can know of...

From my experience of eating at many, a McDonald's. I find that by far yeah. East silver strings boulevard location in ocona is by far the most busiest location during the daylight hours. I have found at this location. There's a high volume new employees always. They've made a lot of mistakes and the only complaint I'd have is that it holds me up sometime as i'm busy and don't have time to pull over as they correct some mistake. And I must say that any problems I've ever had that. I've addressed and had time to address. Has always worked out to my benefit. The shift leader, bosses and managers of this location are very understanding. And if they make a mistake unsaid search hamburger data, you keep the mistake and the one you ordered will be right up fresh and ready. And for that I give them 4 stars as busy as they are. And having new employees training all the time, it has to be difficult For the kitchen to run smoothly. Due to the location, I have hopes that a grid crew. We'll stick with them workout the bugs. And add on if they have two, and if there even able to. This is my thoughts about the mcdonald's route forty ocala. Understanding The volume that they produce following all is worth buying lunch or dinner. Just don't count on them, not make an. Error and when they do, you will be compensated...
