I have never waited in a drive-thru this long in my adult life. I decided to leave this review while waiting in the drive-thru because it's been around 30 minutes and there's only been five cars in front of me. This is Just not working. I have worked in fast food including McDonald's in the past for nearly 15 years. I know exactly what it takes to do in there. The woman taking the orders literally looked me in the face and just gave me the most condescending look up and down before she even asked me for my debit card and when I went to go take my debit card back she just looked at me In disgust before she handed it back. I'm literally on the clock working. Taking a quick break to get some food to eat while working and getting a straight up judgment to my face. Just absolutely unacceptable. Quite frankly, that kind of employee is an absolute embarrassment to anywhere simply for the fact that anyone else doing their job to the best of their ability in the background behind such a person is getting their work tarnished by someone who just has no respect for the general public. Everybody works. Everyone's job sucks. No more than anyone else's. Please don't use your time in the McDonald's drive-thru to condescend others. I don't want free food, I want to pay for it. But I only want to pay for it with money. Not with my self-respect. Thank you. No, I did not misunderstand her body language. When you go from a straight face to pursing your lips and arching your eyebrows and then look someone up and down before you even have the decency to address them it tells me 100% what I needed to know about my role as a...
Read moreDo not eat here. This has to be the most nasty McDonalds have ever been to the manager and a lot not all but a lot of the staff there donât care about food safety or the customers well being I had ordered food for me and my family something told me to check the order because there was several items so I was missing a couple sandwiches I told them about it and then I noticed that there was soooo much grease or oil on 3 of the hamburgers I asked them nicely if the could replace them with new ones because I was nervous they were under cooked so the one guy said yes then handed the hamburgers to the manager he went to the back table and wiped them off with a napkin or paper towel and then put them back into the same Rapper and put them in a bag this is the manager doing this I walked out with the food I paid for and put it in the trash. We continue to another McDonaldâs I was not gonna take the chance of my family getting sick because somebody wants to be so foolish as to serving customers undercooked food. I understand the fast food is not really a healthy thing but every now and then itâs convenient if youâre not wanting to cook on a Friday or Saturday night Trust me when I say this, thereâs a McDonaldâs within 2-5 miles from each other. Do not eat at this location one day somebody is gonna get seriously hospitalized for eating something that is cross contaminated or even worse as a foodborne illness. They really need to get rid of this manager. I hate to say that, but itâs the truth. He does not do his job at all for him to do something like that proves to me That the rest of the staff is not being...
Read moreYes, it is 24 hours, but unfortunately, it is not possible to order edible food at night (2:15 AM). I waited in the drive-thru for approximately 30 minutes. As a semi-truck driver without a personal vehicle, I found their indoor service closed. I plan to contact the manager later this morning to inquire about their policy regarding orders from customers in larger vehicles. The staff seemed perplexed by my presence in line, but I could not use my semi-truck in their drive-thru without causing damage. The manager indicated that she would make an exception this one time, yet it is evident that my role as a truck driver delivering food should not hinder my ability to place a simple fast-food order. Standing outside in the cold to order a meal is not ideal. Consequently, I will take my business elsewhere, and I hope that other truck drivers and supporters of our profession will reconsider patronizing this establishment, as it appears they do not accommodate truckers. Should I have claimed that I walked from home due to not having a car? Would they have served me if I held a different occupation? These questions may remain unanswered, and I will not return to this location in the future. It is astonishing to recognize that the work of semi truck drivers is essential to the functioning of their industry; without our contributions, they would lack employment opportunities, as their food supply relies on our efforts. The delivery of goods by semi trucks is crucial, and it is incomprehensible that there are instances of disrespect...
