As always, Staples is as inconvenient as ever. There’s always an issue, followed with a promise that you will get it right next time.
And then always a problem with the next time(s) too with no resolve or intention for resolution.
According to your vision and mission, your level of service should supersede what I’ve been given.

I am a small business that is doing its best to gain more customers everyday so that I can grow as a person and as a business and you, Staples, are making me look bad. What does John Lederer have to say about that or do you not know who that is?

Read moreCame in for the first time and I had a question about an item. Went to the front and the gentleman in the front said that he would get someone for me. A lady name Rebekah came to the front and o started telling her that I needed help with an item in the isle. But she said that she had to stay in the front, be cause she had to close the door. In another words she couldn’t help me, she was more concerned in closing the door than making a few hundred dollar sale.
MGMT; TRAIN YOUR PERSONNEL BETTER ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERSTHAT ARE YRYING TO GIVE YOU THE BUSINESS. And are choosing your store instead of your competitors or the internet.
She could have told me to give her few minutes because she needed to close the doors. And she could have helped me afterwards.

Read moreDO NOT GET YOUR PRINTS DONE HERE!!! Went to get a print done for a commission before Christmas to send to a client and was told it would be overnight. It took 3 days without being called. They kept my flashdrive and when they returned it to me it now is corrupt and has an error 43 message meaning the girls just pulled it from the computer without safely ejecting it and shutting it down. I've now lost all of my work for my job because of their negligence. Super displeased and crappy attitude of the staff too. I know one of the girls was new but you would think they would train them better. And the girls on printing act like they can't care less about you so don't bother asking for their help on anything. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!!! DON'T GET YOUR...
