I went in around lunchtime. Order 2 subs. My dad asked what the soup of the day was because the sign was up on counter where you place orders. Lady rudely told him that there was none. My dad joking around trying to make her smile flipped the sign down and said jokingly that having the sign up was false advertising. Lady came and jerk the sign off counter, placing it on back counter. My dad said sorry it was just a joke. Lady then again rudely said I'm laughing on the inside. Very rudely. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she said yes she was not feeling very well again every time she spoke she was very, very rude. I said you should not have come in today. she then says well we would not be open. After that I didn't say anything else because her whole attitude just had me very upset. From the very first moment of walking in and to my dad asking about the soup of the day she was rude from the get go. I understand people have bad days and such but when you work in customer service, you do not ever disrespect your customers even if they are being rude to you. It's the job that you applied for that you accepted. And to be rude to a customer that asks you a question as simple as what the soup of the day was and to be answered with such disgrace was just 100% uncalled for. Very disappointing for employee to handle themselves in such a way. You would think that she would take pride in the way she handles herself with customers but she clearly did not that day.
