Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ocean Township

I’m not one to complain about coffee/ food, I just throw it out if I don’t like it. I also understand many places are short staffed right now, but I am still spending money here and would like a decent experience. I go to Dunkin at least 3x a week and this Dunkin used to be great! The past month or so, literally everytime I get coffee it tastes awful. I get decaf, which has tasted like water. My boyfriend gets regular blend and even still, it tastes awful and is 9x out of 10, messed up. I use the online ordering system and my order is messed up almost every single time, whether it’s forgetting something, giving me a total different order when I go through drive through. First thing... there's only 2 things I actually like at Dunkin..the DARK ROAST HOT COFFEE and BAGEL TWISTS. Well, they replaced the Dark Roast with THE MOST NASTIEST COFFEE I THINK IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE...MIDNIGHT!! I honestly don't know who's BRIGHT IDEA THAT WAS, BUT IT TASTES LIKE MUD, like when there's a little bit of coffee left, and it sits on the burner for hours!! YUK YUK YUK!!! Then, I wake up EVERY MORNING and race to get a BAGEL TWIST, and they say, sorry, NONE LEFT!! MAYBE YOU CAN HAVE MORE THAN 4 or 6. I mean come on, HONESTLY, YOU'VE GOTTA HAVE MORE THAN THAT FOR PEOPLE, CHRIST!!!! How friggin annoying is it that I can only get a bagel twist twice a MONTH, IFFFF...

Most unprofessional Dunkin I’ve ever been to had an Uber order for somebody and the cashier was too busy flirting with her boyfriend who didn’t even work there. When I was finally asked for help I explained how I was picking up an order and then was told multiple people went to pick up the order before me but they didn’t have any of the products in stock was confused to as of why they wouldn’t have just canceled the order before wasting my time, gas and miles on the car as well as a bunch of other people who did also.
