Go to the window was very polite asked them to make my nuggets fresh which takes approximately 4 minutes the guy who took my order said OK we will make Them fresh for you no problem I said thank you. I get to the window my nuggets are instantly finished I politely told them no they are not Fresh because they take 4 minutes to a finish.. The manager looks me in the eye any tells me That they are fresh so he is lying to me to my face and saying that by some miracle it took 30 seconds to make the nuggets. I Again politely ask them to please make them fresh and to bring me honey mustard he said OK basically admitting that he lied again this is the manager talking to me and told me to pull up to the front they would be right out I said thank you and with still polite even though he had just lie to my face it's not a big deal they're only nuggets that's what I said to myself. So about 5 minutes later a girl comes out with the nuggets that were made fresh but didn't put my sauce in there and it was obviously on purpose because nobody eats nuggets without the sauce. So at this point I kind I get frustrated because now I have to walk back in and ask for sauce which I asked for it twice and I had to ask for my order to be made right twice after the person who took my order again who was the manager working at 5:15 p.m. a guy with a strange haircut and a mustache had just lied to my face. So I walk back inside and politely ask for the honey mustard the girl rolls her eyes and gives me my honey mustard I usually don't make these kind of posts but the people running this Burger King have no business doing in the position that they are in they are completely out of control unprofessional and maybe they think that they on the restaurant and they could treat customers anyway they want but with this being said I do not want them to be fired but I would really like for them to be audited so that Burger King can realize the kind of people at this location that are representing their company. Read moreDO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD PREPARED INCORRECTLY. They DO NOT offer refunds for orders that are wrong - we had to call the POLICE in order to get a refund 2 years ago, when the employee behind the counter took our food that we brought her back and threw it in the trash, and refused to give us a refund. So in effect she stole our food and our money. We decided to try it again because it's been a long time and my order was wrong, way overpriced, and yet again when we asked for a refund we were told we had to bring it back.
Waste of time. The guy I ordered from was really nice. The lady on the phone when we called to complain was extremely rude. She didn't even read the receipt back to us correctly which is when we knew she didn't read the ticket order correctly, thus resulting in an incorrect order.

Read moreDude at the drive thru was rude and not helpful what so ever. He rushed when taking my order. I asked if they sell a burger with grilled chicken, his response was “no the only burgers we’ll sell are there on the menu in front of you 1-14 nothing else”. I’m like okay so I continue on with my order as I’m almost done he interrupts me and says “is the order on the screen right? You total is (blank) see you at the window”. The best part is that there was nothing on the screen it’s like he reset the order so I couldn’t tell if anything was right. I just drove past the window and went to a different restaurant. It sucks too because I used to come to this Burger King as a kid...
