McDonald's — Restaurant in Oceanside

I've been coming to this location for almost a year 2-4 days a week whenever I was able to get away from work for breakfast. I always ordered the same thing. A egg mcmuffin meal with a large Carmel iced coffee. Besides the sub par customer service for being a regular the for a pretty consistent with them only messing up my order a couple times. Last month I came like I always do and made my order for them to tell me the dont serve alday breakfast there anymore after 1pm. I asked them way and they could really give me a answer and way now boxed in and had to wait for about 10 minutes to get through the drive through. And and to go back to work hungry. I brushed that moment off and continued to come and order my meal till today where the same thing happened except they no longer serve all day breakfast period. This was very upsetting because not only did the same thing happen before they were rude with a dont care type of body language. After I got through the drive through I called and asked for a manager and the young woman who answered Cora was the manager on duty. I asked her why they couldnt have let me known about this change especially because it happened again just last month. And her response was they dont let them know tell the night before. I couldnt get a number to corporate or and name or number for the general manager and she couldnt accommodate me in anyway. Not even a free breakfast for my wasted time. . I easily spent 1500 dollars at this spot in the last 10 months and will never be coming back. I encourage you guys to let people know when making these changes. This is the worst Mac Donald’s I have ever been too!!! Don’t waste your money and drive another mile to another Mac Donald’s in the area. I went through the drive through and ordered lunch for my girls. When I got to the window they gave me my order but was missing 2 items so they told me to drive up to one of the prefer pick up spots and the two items would be brought out to me. I waited and waited and waited and after 15 minutes I couldn’t wait anymore so I went inside with my receipt to get my 2 items. The manager came out and I explained the situation and when she looked at the receipt she said “ this receipt is not for the drive thru mam” and I said excuse me? I could t understand what she meant so I asked her to repeat herself and she goes “Mam you didn’t get this items in the drive thru this is not a drive thru receipt.” According to her I was lying about purchasing the items in the drive thru so I had to get my teenage daughter and 10 year old daughter to come testify that we had just gone through the drive thru and purchased our items. I also threatened to call the police if they didn’t give me my items. Finally she said ok you will get your items shortly and went hide in the back like a coward. Was there 5 min ago and as I drove through the drive thru a guy in the speaker lady on other side (much better service), guy responds with how can he help me. I asked for happy meal and ask him what drink can be given with happy meal( some restaurants only offer kid drinks or if normal drink could be instead of kids for customer to be let known) he pauses starts to giggle in the back then starts talking again mentioning all drinks unable to understand a word he’s saying at that point I ask for an orange juice. He then adds there’s an extra charge for it and I ask him how much more (trying to keep within budget) he pauses again giggles in the back and responds with “i don’t know” . At that point terrible customer service and not being helped properly can’t help but think and ask myself that it certainly didn’t sound like his first day, working at fast food restaurant as a MANAGER I we’ll know “I don’t know” is not an answer. I drove off and thought of speaking with manager however, the line was taking long not moving and long I just changed my order last minute at the window to make it to budget I wanted.
