Updated review 1/14/19. Okay I quit this location. Went in around 5pm. Management needs to look at who was on the clock. Check the cameras. Both employees kept walking away, touching all surfaces and contaminating gloves while preparing sandwiches. Horrible customer service.
Updated review: around 1pm 10/29/2018. Great service. Deena acknowledged and greeted us as soon as we walked in even though she was making a customer's sandwich. Deena and Tracy were both professional and put their customers first. I was really hesitant on returning to this subway location, especially around lunch time base on my last visit but I'm glad I came back because of the coupon I got in the mail. This time was 100x better and the experience from start to finish was a positive one.
1 star: Walked in around 12:30pm on 9/12/18. I waited 30 minutes and then I left...I dont even know how long the people ahead of me where there for but I'm sure it was much longer. The 2 employees there need more training on customer service and on how to remain professional. The older employee rushed her customer saying "we have people waiting". Then she also did not know how to input a BOGO coupon for the next customer. She asked the younger employee for help but she responded with "cant you see I'm busy" and shook her head in front of everyone. The older employee charged the following customer for the BOGO sandwich the 2nd customer ordered. I could tell he was frustrated with how long the 2 employees took. 5 more customers after that... it was just not worth the wait, so I walked out and went across the parking lot and ordered a medium pizza and got it in less than 15 minutes. The changed the menu so I was a little confused asked the young girl that was helping me and she just pointed out that's what they have very serious like I was bothering her. I didn't realize they still had the sandwiches I always order on the far left side and I was on the right side. When I realized that it was late to just changed my whole order I didn't want to be that one customer so I continued with my sandwich the mexicali and the chicken bacon sandwich. First of all she said they didnt have rotisserie chicken only the chopped up chicken. Then she didn't put avocado on the new Mexicali sandwich and when I asked her she said she didn't have any. I proceeded to be understanding but I was upset no rotisserie chicken no avocado. By the way I still paid the sandwich that had no avocado at regular price. When I was going to pay I asked her to please look up my rewards with my ph#. She said she didn't know how to do that. The whole time I had a bad experience with this employee. I asked her if the other young man could help her. Just because she didn't know how to didn't mean she couldn't attempt to find out or ask. Anyways the young man did help her told her how to look it up. Very nice young man I didn't see his name but very good employee 👏. Hope this location gets their stuff together it seems like they have a bad reputation by the way the district manager answered when I called to complain.

Read moreWe don't go here often anymore due to the decline over the years, even under different managers. Our issues have usually been due to things out of stock (they once had zero bread, impressive) and also from the fact they've reused knives to spread and cut sandwiches. I think that's a big thing that needs to change, as my family and I have been figuring out food allergies and when I say don't cut with a knife that's been used with avocado? Don't, that's a food allergy. Additionally, I've figured out their labeling system needs an update BADLY. Today I wanted to get a steak and cheese sandwich with a bit of sauce in there. The guy realized he had been putting Ranch in my sandwich, which I noticed happened because the "sticker" used on the bottle was the same type of white that the Ranch was; invisible unless you were focused in on it. I couldn't get it fixed, due to my crushing social anxiety, a food rush starting up and everything, so I took the sandwich and ate it, hoping it would be okay.
