Horrible location! Came in for the first time, told the employee that, was extremely excited to try it. Asked about the flight, my husband picked the exact flight on display. He then asked if we would like anything else I said yes I would like A flight of my own, What do you recommend? We go through the entire process he repeats my order back to me with just the flavors that I chose to confirm that they were correct and continued With the transaction. My husband ended up paying as I was not at the register and when he sat down, he questioned why it was so expensive and what did I order? So I questioned the employee because he did not give me a receipt. Come to find out he charged me for four full size items instead of the second flight. So I told him this was supposed to be a flight and he wants to tell me that I never said that. Wants to tell me I’m a liar. When I blatantly repeated the conversation back to him. Then Wants to say that he didn’t say any of the things that he did say even with witnesses in the location. He’s literally arguing with me at the counter, and finally my husband stood up and started to say something to him, and he threw a temper tantrum and ran in the back like the child he is. Horrible customer service, horrible training. Conveniently enough, they had no “manager” on site So they couldn’t refund me the difference. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund, but I did not need four full items when I literally said I wanted to try different ones. The “shift leader” Was nice, but they had no authority to do anything which was extremely unhelpful. The only thing that offered me was to come back on Thursday for a free flight. I would never go back to this place and I would tell everybody that I encounter to never try this place or location as they do not deserve any business.

My expectations were high cause I love banana pudding but it was NOT worth it. I was excited because I had been waiting for half the day to get dessert (which I WOULD’VE enjoyed) until we finally chose this place I was pretty happy that they had banana pudding because like I said, I love banana pudding. I got the classic banana pudding which I waited for about 30 or so minutes for a piece of separating pudding that looked like it had been through WW1 and forgotten till now. The nilla wafers were rock hard and the ones in the pudding were absolute mush to the point I didn't even know what I was eating, it was gut burning sweet, and my stomach was reacting to it terribly my intestines were self-knotting while my mouth was probably wishing it had took a day off + just that ONE regular sized pudding was 8 dollars which is so extremely expensive for the sweeter in disguise I had to put in my mouth and I was wishing I slept the whole day. Personally I would rather eat styrofoam then this poison that threw hands with my stomach. I sadly had to taste is because it was not only stuck in my teeth, I now have a life long memory of this horrid thing stuck in my head that forever traumatized me which I now don't like banana pudding anymore. I should just stick to Twistie treat. 0.1/100 I don't recommend. I moved to the Winter Garden/Ocoee area a few months ago and was thrilled to have accidentally discovered this place. After months of hyping myself up about it I finally took my daughters there for a treat Monday night.

I was SO unbelievably disappointed. My eldest got one of their cookies covered in chocolate chips and Hershey's chocolate, I got my youngest just an order of ice cream with sprinkles & strawberries, and I got myself the mango peach cobbler with ice cream.

The “side” of ice cream that I received was exactly enough for FOUR mediocre sized bites. It was pre-portioned… not freshly scooped/served so because of this it was EXTREMELY frozen and EXTREMELY difficult to scoop with the plastic spoons they have (I swear these spoons were purchased from SHEIN/TEMU). Multiple times while my daughter was attempting to scoop a bite, the spoons would bend/break causing the rock hard (and freezer burnt) ice cream to smack her in the face and fly all across the table 🤦🏻‍♀️ The cobbler itself was “OK” but nothing worth writing a good/bad/indifferent review about…
