Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ocoee

On Friday Nov. 17th, 2023, I visited this Taco bell. It is not the one I usually go to, but it was late and I was hungry. I decided to get the $5 meal box, I think that is what it was called at the time. It came with a taco, a burrito, cinnamon twists, and a drink. I waited to get home to eat my food. After eating the taco and burrito, I started on the cinnamon twists, which tasted good; until I bit down on something hard as a rock. I moved my tongue around to feel for the hard piece still in my mouth. When I pulled the piece out, it was a small white, piece of something. I discarded the rest of the cinnamon twists, which concluded my meal. I also threw out the small object that I bit down on.

I had minor tooth pain that evening, but didn't think too much of it. However, ever since then until now, several months later, the right top two teeth that bit down on that piece in the cinnamon twists have been giving me issues, off and on ever since.

Prior to this instance, I never had any serious tooth pain. As of late, the entire right side of my mouth has been in pain. I went to the dentist who recommended a crown two months ago. But, now, the tooth is in sever pain.

I'm just putting this out there. I still eat at other taco bells, but I would beware of the cinnamon twists, and be cautious when biting down too hard on their food. I don't know how many people this has happened to....

This taco bell in Ocoee is a strange unorganized place to eat. I have been there 3 times and they have yet to get a simple order right. FIRST time went inside there was no cashier to take my order, the only girl there was already clocked out and the one that was signed in was in the back talking on her phone. Ordered steak nachos and a diet Pepsi, the Pepsi was all water, told them so they said they would get me one from the back fountain. Finally someone got my order ready I paid and brought it home. Tasted the Pepsi it was nothing but carbonated water, and guess what the steak nachos had no steak on them just cheese and chips. I go back explain the situation and she says do you want a fresh one or just the steak on this one. Of course I wanted a fresh one. I hinted that since it was pouring down rain that perhaps they should comp me the meal, but nothing. One day last week my daughter wanted 3 tacos and a beef burrito, got home and the burrito had no beef on it, it was beans. After 2 times I asked myself where is the BEEF. I will not be going back to that location until someone assures me that they can get an order right. By the way they had been opened for a few months so you would think that the grand opening would be over with and they would know what they were...

LOOK AT MY OTHER PHOTO I JUST SENT BEFORE THIS POST. BELIEVE ME THIS BURRITO WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL😡. ALL TACO BELL'S SERVED THE CHEAPEST AMOUNT TO EVERY CUSTOMER MAKING THE FLOUR DOE LOOK SOO STUFFED & DEFINITELY IT'S NOT STUFFED. TOTALLY .01% OF ANYTHING INSIDE. WOW!!! MY OTHERS ORDER WAS DISGUSTING. 🤬. ALSO MY MOM ORDER A DELIVERY FROM Uber Eats OF TWO BOXES. 1 CRUNCHY & 1 SOFT. ONLY I BOX OF SOFT ARRIVED. NO CRUNCHY WAS DELIVERED.
