Subway — Restaurant in Ocoee

Very upset with my experience. Owner watched as my daughter got sprayed by the fountain machine. Didn't offer anything towards helping correct the problem. Not even a napkin, as well as the place was a mess. Upon arriving I should have known to turn around as the place looked turned upside down, and the owner says "we're open, just doing some deep cleaning". I was hungry and can imagine my daughter was the same. So we went in anyway. All the chairs were pulled up and the place wasn't supposed to close for an over an hour. Pretty sure that he was probably breaking a couple health codes with the mess not to mention the black water on the floor. Plus, why would you take apart the only soda machine if your still open trying to do business? That kind of cleaning should be done after hours. No longer going to this subway or anyone this owner is in charge of. Will be researching them to ensure that. If no more close subways to me, then no more subway for me.

I would strongly advise you not to come to this location. When you go into a subway, you start at the area where the bread is so you can tell them what you want and then move down the line. I was told I had to pay before they made my wrap. Neither of them knew what in the hell they were doing and made my wrap completely wrong. After I told them what was wrong they said "do you work here or do we, this is the new way." They were laughing and saying things under their breath when I told them about my wrap. I will definitely avoid this location and I'll let everyone else know as well. I'd strongly suggest the manager find some replacements and quickly before they lose more business. Also it said they close on 630 on Sundays but yet at nearly 8pm, they're still open and serving. Might want to fix those...

I had a Reuben today and it was the worst sandwich I have ever ate and ended up throwing it in the trash. The bread did not taste like any rye I have ever eaten and tasted like wheat. The corned beef absolutely tasteless. The sourcrout was terrible and the thousand island dressing was off the chart gross. I love Subway but, this is absolutely the worst. Never again.
