I had a horrible experience on this occasion on April 30th at 5 PM with an associate named Kelly, who may not be her actual real name because she had her badge smeared out. Still, I ordered my usual Matcha latte, which I always get the sweetener on the side because of health concerns. No one ever refused to put it on the side because I am not asking for anything extra than to have sweetener separate, so I can control how sweet it is. Still, she refused me that day and told me they were not supposed to and would not do it regardless, to the point where I had to leave and call the corporate office. Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but this issue needs attention. My order has been incorrect over 5 times missing extras and wrong milk, which can cause allergic reactions. It’s frustrating to pay for items not received, which cause freaking side effects and errors that aren’t noticed until I’m far from the store. This is serious, not a joke.
It shouldn’t be that complicated; the printed label indicates what the drink should have. The morning crew seems to lack training, attention to detail, or, at this point, I think they just do not care. Which should be concerning as a business owner, because you lose repetitive business. I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but the repeated mistakes are unacceptable. If staff can’t consistently follow order instructions, management should revisit training or staffing. I moved to Apopka in October, and can't stay out of this place!
I'm greeted by name, and even though I keep switching up... they pretty much know my usual. I get a delightful quick chat while the baristas finish my drink. I even got some really good TV and movie recommendations.
Like any food business, sometimes there's a line, and occasionally my order takes longer than usual but nothing deserving of a reduced rating. It's life, get a grip!
