Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Ocoee

This location use to be my go to, but lately been running into some issues. Ordered 2 Caribbean jerk chicken wrap meal… neither wraps had jerk sauce on them. Call the store to tell them about the issue.. the “owner” Jack call us back and was truly the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to… he went straight to defense mode instead of being apologetic. He even went on to say that he made the wraps himself and then viewed the cameras to make sure the orders was correct so he knows for a fact that there was no issue…. But if you made the orders yourself why the need to view the orders.?smh… the wraps was so blend that we ended up throwing them away. Smh…. If that man is truly the “owner” I sure hope he finds another profession because there’s no way you can talk to customers the way he...

Absolutely Amazing Smoothies and Service! I’ve been to countless Tropical Smoothie locations across the country, and I can confidently say this is my favorite one in the Orlando area—and I’ve visited nearly all of them! The smoothies here are always perfect, and the service truly sets this location apart. Jocelyn, who made my smoothies, did an incredible job. Everything was blended perfectly, and you can tell she puts care into her work. Paige B, who took my order, was also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Hello my travelers, hoping all is ok. So I’ve waited almost 4 years for a Smoothie, and this spot on Wedt Colonial in Ocoee, knocked it out of the park. I had the island green smoothie, and I had them top it off with Mango Chunks. The “Brianna” cashier / server was on point, friendly and adorable. I was able to meet the owner and he’s was an awesome gentleman. So don’t waste anytime, and get over here and get a smoothie, some food and just enjoy.
