Changing my review on this Popeyes.. me and my children are so hurt by this. We have been coming for years but seems to be getting worse and worse. So today we order 4 chicken sandwich meals_ 2 plain 2 regular... This was at 2:05 pm they tell us to pull up and wait no problem. Just asked make sure our dips are in bag... 20 min and 3 cars later,I go in there asking..I'm just waiting on 4 meals. They rudely started getting offended for what I don't know... And say "well the chicken just came down" .... Well okay.. then I go to walk back to my truck where they parked me and had the nerve to tell me I mise well wait now... Um no.. I'ma go back to my vehicle with my children, THATS WHY WE CAME THROUGH DRIVE THRU... So few minutes later a lady says mam! And handing me bags by the door... Didn't even walk out to me.. I had to get out and go grab them. When I did I looked at the lady and told her y'all are RUDE! Then realized no fry in one bag and no sauces.... HAD TO GO BACK IN... She wanted to deny not adding one fry then tosses it in bag then goes to hand me 2 sauces!! (For 4 meals) When she went to drop them she instead dropped them on counter instead of my hand!!! Such rudeness and what's even worse they ladies are older.... Late 50s.. I let those sauces stay right there on that counter and walked out (slamming there door) and telling my children never again!!! $48 for 20 minutes and rudeness... Nah plus the sandwiches were wrong (all sandwiches were plain) and doughey . Need new people up there. Hope manager or DM reads this. I work fast food as well .. so to be treated like that by one of my own...
Read moreThe service was abhorrent to begin with, wrong pricing on drive-thru board, unfriendly and rude service from a specific cashier whose name I did not get, no smiles, no thank yous, no nothing. NO MASKS on ANYONE I could see from window, and there were approximately 5-7 employees in my view. Returned home with wrong food. We returned for correct food, the same rude disrespectful female cashier had a smirk on face and knew why we there immediately... needless to say had to wait in the long drive thru line AGAIN btw. She was blatantly taunting my fiance for being upset about his food...immature behavior which was supported by the 2 managers that came to window join our request.... money was returned and no food. I agree that no one wants to deal with a yelling hungry person, however, the magwrs condoned the cashier's behavior.... we never received even ONE apology about anything..from 1st to 2nd visit. My fiance was really looking forward to his popcorn shrimp which was a "treat" .... times are tougher than normal, folks. And the businesses with BELOW STANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE are being remembered..... I rave about places that are shining.... bad customer service equals mo business eventually. And reiteration: NO MASKS on any cashier or manager that I saw or interacted with.... literally the only fast food restaurant I've been to that isn't wearing them.

Read morePopeyes is a joke. They have management, associates and technology that are trash. I order on the app and when I get to the restaurant they tell me they don’t have any order. The manager Peterson Lu says maybe wait a minute maybe it has come through on their 18th century computer systems. I wait for 15/20 and still nothing came up in his computer at his store. He rudely says maybe something wrong with your bank. So not only have I been waiting at this point but he’s insulting. I proceed to show him my Popeyes app with confirmed order, my email confirmed, my apple wallet with transaction and my app for my bank account. With all this he is like call customer service they will tell you how to cancel. I asked can’t you just provide me with my order. But then Peterson Lu talks to his manager Carlos Tenorio who was very rude on the phone. Telling me to go to the app and you can cancel, and shut up to listen to his poor customer service skills. when while I was waiting for an hour at this point there isn’t a way to cancel it’s chat only with hopefully a response in 48 hours. My account has been charged and not a word from Popeyes. Poorly trained management that don’t know how systems work, or how to fix and horrible management skills.
